Am I the only one who partially wanted the Dazzlings to win when they got to that one point in their song before being cut off by the Rainbooms in the show?

The Dazzlings' songs were just... better than the Rainbooms'. Their music isn't generic, it has harmony and layers and it's *interesting*. Tje Mane 7's songs were.. so bland in this movie.
Together they do, but when only one sings the ah ah ahwoahwhah part it sounds like a normal singer trying tomsound like a siren, like listen to the only adagio version, her voice is a bit too low to be a siren without aria and sonata singing beside her.

Not bad, it's actually growing on me (especially with Discord and Pinkie Pie around to add comedy). But the Equestria Girls series? Not the best way to get likes. This song though... the sirens are great! My fictional character needs to join them in the quest for power! XD
@neoculturedtechnician Exactly!!! It's so funny cause now when I watch cartoons I always want the devils to win, devils are always gorgeous, clever and charismatic, which makes them attractive compared to the good guys. We had no taste when we were kids lol
hey real talk this was REALLY well-edited i wish it could've had the death metal/screamo segment, but i imagine that would've been a nightmare to integrate smoothly seriously awesome job
I love the way they sound, the Rainbooms sound like typical pop music and while they're good, I love the melody and tension of this sound before the Rainbooms interupt
they're sirens, what do you expect /j well, i mean. the harmonies are soothing, the grungy/rock-ish vibe is hypnotizing. i much prefer it over the rainbooms' poppy hyper vibe.

Her voice following swiftly, yet the sirens rose back to their feet, straining for another open opportunity to regain power. Twilight encourages the others to play their hearts out. Sunset Shimmer stands to the side, watching the rest playing, encouraging each other. While she’s happy they’re finally getting along she stands there. Jealousy fills her rage as Twilight smiles as the blast of the sirens falling, Sunset shimmer clutches her fists and snatches the guitar from Rainbow Dash. Confused and distraught Rainbow Dash looks confused at Sunset Shimmer. Twilight still sings. Sunset raises the guitar fed up with being left out, she bring it down on Rainbow Dash, rainbowed blood seeped from her head. Twilight spins around, her eyes widen as she see Rainbow Dash. Her head profusely bleeding. The girls are suddenly blasted with more of the Sirens music. Sunset Shimmer looks at the guitar, tears fill in her eyes. Shes done with being left out. The Siren’s song sweeps around her. Seemingly controlling her actions. /Take them out/ They whisper. Sunset raises the guitar. At the beat drop the guitar falls, strained with the sound of it breaking. Sunset continuously brought the guitar up and down again, not stopping until there was a pool of rainbow blood. Though before a scream of agony and pain. The moans and groans of Twilight and the others were hardly heard among the Siren’s music. Finally they finish their song smiling with their newfound slaves to the school…

I'm just saying that they are among the strongest villains in this universe. They were only defeated when Sunset Shimmer joined the rainbooms, so if they had attacked the pony universe, they probably would have been successful, since Sunset doesn't exist in this universe

I used to play with my friends that we were the dazzlings and would sing the songs:’) I was sonata. I did loved the rainbooms too, specially sunset shimers part :D i was still disappointed that they didn’t let them finish the song :’)
I feel like the ending of this movie woulda been more satisfying if either the Rainbooms were _actually_ better than the Dazzlings, musically speaking, OR if the Dazzlings didn't lose their singing ability when their amulets shattered, and they still win. The Dazzlings are no longer a threat and we, the viewers, either don't have to listen to the HuMane 7's atrocious singing, or get the satisfaction of seeing them lose because of it.
