The new Hyrule Warriors Game Age of Calamity Gameplay plays before Zelda Breath of the Wild and the new The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild 2. It tells the story how Link was defeated by Ganon with Zelda and the 4 Heros on his side. If you are a huge The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild Fan, you definitly need to check this out! The scene with Teba and his son Tulin with Revali, was just so precious to me. We see a bit of Revali’s rare soft side.
Looks he has a soft spot for kids, or at least Rito kids. We already got a glipse about it with the missions in the game
I'm confused. Did they travel back to Breath of the Wild's timeline? How would Tulin exist? 🤔
@@spiritpandacostumes The kid go back in time along with Teba (maybe he watched his dad go into the portal and follow him), of course Teba didn't realise it and that is why the kid got lost in the forest.

Personally, I kinda saw it as Kohga adopting Sooga like a "Deadpool raises Baby Yoda" kinda deal.

I really loved the moments with the ygas we really see how close suppa is to protect kogha but we also see that kogha does not want to give up suppa it's just if it becomes not love! But I think it's more of a very strong friendly relationship between them it's superb!

I love how the Bokoblins just wonder into the Colosseum find Teriko and are just like “ooh shine… let’s keep it” then they see Link and there just like “Hell nope!”
These cutscenes give them a bit more personality that is not normally seen in gameplay.
I mean, if you saw a guy cutting down your brethren like it nothing, you'd gtfo too
The fact that this is the first time we've heard Revali laugh out loud like that and it's the most adorable thing I've heard all year
That final scene really warmed me up. The characters feel more like a family than a roster.

Love how this time Zelda has the right amount of attention and screen time, this Zelda is a princess that’s really present in the development of absolutely everything. It’s like the saga name has actual value. I wish there was a tv show about her lol

So I've just had a thought... when those two Bokoblins find and recover Terrako, they are essentially becoming responsible for stopping the Calamity. See, in the final battle, Calamity Ganon cannot be defeated until Terrako's sacrifice. If those two Bokoblins did not find Terrako, it would possibly still be stuck underneath those rocks. Therefore, those two Bokoblins were technically responsible for saving Hyrule from the Calamity.
Weird, but there you go.

Will the coliseum was clearly in use with vendors set up out side and we'll taken care of so it would only be a matter of time before people found the guardian in there if the bokoblins hadn't showed up

For those confused about the timeline of these cutscenes, they pass between the events of the main game. Most of it is after the future champions arrived at the past but Astor cutscene is before Link gets the Master sword.
Hopefully someone put them all together

Given the weather change and the glimpse of the twin bridges, I think the Kohga/Sooga scene places them at Dueling Peaks, just a ways from Fort Hateno prior to the events of Each Step Like Thunder... (PS I wasn't referring to Sooga's flashback)

That's probably his descendant from this guy. Sheikah clan descendants do live longer than Hylians, but there is no way they live 100 years without showing signs of very old age. Kohga does not.

@@cristianvandenbosse8989 The Hyrule Compendium made it clear that Khoga is an inherited title, not the original name of the person holding the rank.
I like to think the Khoga from BotW is an older Sooga from this game, from the original timeline. Probably not, given the implication in Urbosa's cutscene here, but it's my headcanon.
He probably is both his successor and his reincarnation (due to the fact that the 2 versions are basically identical)
Zelda lore made clear that EVERYONE constantly reincarnates, not only Zelda and Link.
Simply, Zelda and Link are the only ones whose souls are cursed.
For evertybody else, after some random amount of time after your death, you get reincarnated in someone else.
And often in the Zelda universe, your different versions are basically the same guy over and over again.
For example...Terry looks the same in every timeline, era, or place.

Well he certainly is a villain that exists. That much is all I can really give him.
Never really took Astor seriously to begin with. He’s nothing more than the tired, done to death trope of ‘Villain wearing a dark cloak, holds some magic object, is bent on domination and has some super edgy backstory.’
Yet, to be fair, Sooga’s entire thing isn’t really all that much of a breath of fresh air either. Sooga is the ‘Right hand man to the guy who saved his life, and will do anything for his savior.’ But I guess I find the idea of a massive, buff ninja who dual-wields katanas to be more interesting, given the two.

“Hey I want one” and corrupts past terrako
this made me love the botw characters even more.. every single cutscene is absolutely perfect and I still need more of them!! it actually makes me wish that age of calamity was the real timeline because everyone is happy (and alive lol). It seems like everyone's a big happy family who won the fight against Ganon and now they're building up Hyrule again, together

Wow this expansion pass gives a different perspective of master Kogha, back then he was nice enough to help Sooga. It was sad that Sooga said “have I paid you back now master kogha?” That was so sad for me.
This game was more focus on zelda than any other. Dlc ending was bitter sweet. If only we get to see the botw past of how every single character died and purah and robbie shrink themselves. I mean full animated and not telling dialog
Purah de-aged herself to like 6 I think. Impa and Robbie just shrunk with age. Classic anime/manga thing where really old people are super short.
I wouldn't mind seeing the different stages of Purah's de-aging though, as logged in her notes.
so this is like a epilogue, with Robbie and Purah going through Mini Guardian's memories after the Calamity was ended, right?
Really wish Harbinger Ganon became playable because he was kinda the main villian of the dlc

Having this accessible to watch online makes me want to actually purchase the game. I hope with all the copyright break-downs youtube is getting companies will realize that having access to aspects of the game help to promote interest in it! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!! So heart-warming!! How do you get that last cutscene? After I unlocked purah and robbie, there was no more main quests
You need to complete all of the memory quests in the EX Story Missions.

15:35 - Ok i'm very confused here, this scene is directly after link and zelda escape hyrule castle, and so the precise moment when the blights infected the divine beasts. How is urbosa here and not in her beast fighting thunder blight?
It’s not directly after the escape. It’s right before Zelda reunites with King Rhoam on the plateau.
I love AOC. Great story, amazing gameplay, epic ost, beautiful artstyle and superb voice acting. AOC is the best Zelda game next to BOTW.
I 1000% agree!! My second favorite Zelda game! And I don’t care what the Internet says, I believe this game is canon! So there is a timeline where the Champions live!
@@thewhitewolf6715 Don't pay attention to internet. They're full of hate so yeah we can love and enjoy this game cos it's a great Zelda game and prequel to BOTW with different outcomes so happy we have 2nd chance to save Hyrule and the champions. I can't wait for BOTW 2!
@Essey Afewerki i agree i love the roster characters. They're not as diverse as original Hyrule Warriors but they're still great playing as the champions of the past and future are amazing feeling. Playing as Impa is also great. To be able to play as Zelda is the best and i hope we can be her in BOTW 2. All in all i love the universe of Breath of the Wild so much I wouldn't mind if Nintendo make more Zelda games or spin off based on the Breath of the Wild universe.
@@Rizky-Gumilar my favorite character to use is Mipha! I love her so so so so so much and I can’t explain how ecstatic I was when I heard she was a playable character and that we can save her. Plus now in this timeline (which like I said is canon) she and Link can be together.

I love the complete defiance of any kind of logic in this game. That seemed like a pretty concentrated bolt of lightning that hit Kohga, and if I’m not mistaken, lightning striking a person either outright kills them, or seriously screws their body up for the long-term if they survive.
I get it’s a fantasy game.

It's surprisingly non linear when it comes to the effects of being struck by lightning. There's a possibility it could kill you for sure but it's a temporary high voltage discharge of plasma with a very high amp rating at its core.
If you're lucky enough that the current doesn't reach your heart during that entry and exit process then you might survive... Just with severe burns, potential hearing loss, brain injury and a lack of clothes.
Maybe their gear is made partial out of rubber? The rubber armor description states it an ancient material that is rare but it's not impossible

What confuses me is the level with king rhoam takes place while the champions are trapped so how did the gerudo come to sabe him?
It is later on, when Zelda and the others are in their way to rescue people, is at the same time or something
@@korbytooth I could be wrong about this, but it's possible that cutscene is set between "Each Step Like Thunder" and "The Great Plateau." Of course, all I have to go on to make that assumption is Urbosa telling him that Zelda is headed to the Great Plateau and has been searching for King Rhoam, as well as her statement about the princess being stronger than her mother...

What Zelda wished happened in the main timeline. This is all one big happy ending (except for Sooga rip). I can already tell BOTW2 is gonna be more dark and depressing. I hope they don't kill off the descendants. Imagine saving a timeline and then dying when you return.

But let me explain more! Terrakos "Time-Jump" changed Little Events before the Galamity in the Past! Harbinger Ganon and Astor are "created" because of this "Time-Jump" thats why they are never mentioned in BotW because the Future Happend already but a Little bit different because Terako didnt have made his Time-Jump yet! Astor will not Return in BotW 2 because He was never found by Harbinger Ganon in the Future (BotW) because Terako never Made a Time-Jump before the Great Galamity in the Future!
Its hard to explain but simple to say -> Terakos Timejump changed the Events of the past a Little bit AS it should have turned out! The Time-Jump created Harbinger Ganon and so Astor was "created" by the Harbinger or better He was found! All of this is Like a Reset-Button (with changed Events 😂) And yes they are able to Seal Ganon in the Past but the Future will not Change because of that (BotW)
Well, it was obvious that it was a split timeline. BotW happened in one and AoC happened in another.
