Maybe it could be another timeline, but do we know that? Is that a sure thing? Is it confirmed?

The calamity in BOTW lasted for over 100 years, weakening the seal, causing gloom to spill out and Zelda going down to investigate with Link. In AoC, they prevented the prolonged damage from the calamity, which made it so the seal was still intact, which means that Zelda and link would never go down to investigate the gloom, Zelda wouldn’t travel back in time, Rauru would not know about the future, he wouldn’t place the seal, ganon would be victorious, which means that there would be no manifestations of any calamities, making AoC not exist at all. TL;DR Zelda would never travel back in time after AoC, so the time loop doesn’t exist, nor does the calamity or that timeline
I love how this game was able to give everyone even more personaluty and moments for their characters. Especially link. Its nice to see him be a person and be goofy.

He has NO idea what she is talking about. 😂 He's here for it, but head empty. 2:09 "Move, dipsh*t, I have an actual shield!!" 7:46 Anyone else find it an interesting choice to have him touch her arm here? It's fast and subtle, but aside from grabbing her hand to pull her around when guarding her, Link doesn't touch her. It is very clearly a placating motion, just a little, "don't worry, I'm here," sort of gesture, but far more casually intimate than anything else in the game. It's sweet. 😊
SPEAKING of TOTK (aka Tears of the Kingdom, aka BOTW2, aka Sequel to Breath of the Wild), Link got his new power arm, it makes me wondering, what about the Champions's powers? (Mipha's Grace, Daruk's Protection, Revali's Gale and Urbosa's Fury) like, what are we gonna do with them?
I really adore this Zelda and Link especially how we see their relationship evolve and gow close they were. Yes we saw clips in BotW and the ones so far ive seen for TotK on how close they are but AoC really showed it. Even if its an alternate universe its still just adorable 😊

I think botw has a soft coloring while aoc is more bold colors! Both have slightly different coloring and style but it's mostly the same
remember, botw was developed for the wiiU and upscaled for the switch, AoC was developed entirely for the switch
