It's important to remember these Nerd Miners are simply desktop toys. A fun display of how crypto mining works in principle. You've got more chance of being stuck by lightning every day for a week than making any money with those. Great fun toys, but that's all they are.
Impressive video, OFF GRID ISLAND FAMILY. Looking forward to your next upload from you. I smashed the thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! It's interesting to see how the different models handle power supply configurations. Have you noticed any significant differences in efficiency or performance between the two versions during your testing?
All four are running at 77-78 KH/s. Peak efficiency for these little buggers. The iPollo is still one of the best bang for buck. Does 330 MH/s. All off of solar, of course. Thank you SO MUCH for the kindness and support!
Not a noticeable amount of BTC will be 'mined'. It's a 'lottery' miner. While solo mining can be risky due to the low probability of solving a block on your own, the NerdMiner V2 adds a unique twist to the process. It strives to solo mine a Bitcoin block, with a chance to win the full Bitcoin block reward of 6.25 Bitcoin plus transaction fees. It's like participating in a cryptocurrency lottery, which adds an element of excitement to the mining experience.
'keeps filming'? Sounds like you 'keep watching'...creepy. She had a channel too: MorenaBratz Off Grid Philippines. Post stupid comments there too please. LOL!

Yeah...agreed. But fun to look at for now. ;-)
so what you're saying is, there's a chance :)

Should do a video on the components to crypto mining
I think there are already many FAR BETTER than I could do on RUclips. But I appreciate the idea! Cheers!
Happy Boholidays . 😊 T shirt?
You want a T-shirt with the NerdMiner on the front? ;-)
@offgridislandfamily I was thinking that maybe that might be a shirt you can sell ? Happy Boholidays from Off Grid with flag colors?
Yes...that's another project. Calendars, t-shirts and coffee mugs. SO MUCH TO DO! Very appreciated your comment!
what are the components used in off grid system ?
Well, I have solar panels, inverter, batteries and crypto miners running off the system.
Whats the expected payout after say a month or a year?

Can you tell us more about these Nerdminers? I actually ordered one but it looks like it is on backorder and no timeframe is provided.
It's basically a desk toy more than anything...and entertainment. Although one guy found 3 BTC with one and a friend of mine nearly got one.
@@offgridislandfamily so if you find one, do you get to keep it legally? and would you be able to sell it at its current price of $90K?
Legally? Why not? Same as mining crypto. Just have your wallets set up and verified first.
Do we need to get a wallet and then send our bitcoin to wallet from those minors?
Yes. You need a bc1q BTC address from a wallet.
Why? 🙄
Mostly for fun.
Isn’t it a bit creepy the way this guy keeps filming his wife. I bet she thinks the same. 😂

Mining bitcoins looks complicated
It is. And very difficult to find a machine that pays off after electricity costs.
