Cheeseburger Sliders
2 lbs ground beef
24 Hawaiian Rolls
1 package (24) slices thin sharp cheddar
Seasonings, 2 tbsp Lipton Onion soup Mix OR... 1tbsp dried onion, salt, pepper, hamburger seasoning.
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup butter
3-4 splashes worchestershire sauce
Garlic Salt
Onion Powder
Sesame Seeds
Brown Ground beef and add seasonings. Stir in mayo. Slice rolls in half and place on foil lined baking sheet. Melt together butter, worchestershire sauce, garlic salt, and onion powder. Place ground beef mixture on top of rolls. Add cheddar cheese. Brush with butter mixture. Add tops of slider. Brush again with butter. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Wrap tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Optional - Serve with pickles, lettuce, ketchup, mustard, etc! But they are DELISH as is!

One Pot Chili Mac
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 oz ground beef
1 carton Chicken broth
1 (14.6 oz) can petite diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans (draining optional)
1 can white cannellini beans (draining optional)
3 TSP chili powder
1.5 TSP Cumin
Salt & Pepper to Taste
2 cups elbow noodles
1.5 cups sharp cheddar
chopped fresh parsley
Directions-
Heat olive oil in large pot or dutch oven. Add onion, garlic, and ground beef and cook until browned. Drain fat. Add broth, tomatoes, beans, and seasonings. Bring to a simmer. Add pasta. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until pasta is al-dente. (You may need to add more broth or water.) When pasta is cooked, stir in 1 cup of cheddar. Add remaining cheddar on top and top with parsley.

We love your channel! I really love that I can pin these and then get the recipe when I’m ready to! Some channels have good recipes but they don’t post the recipe below! Also they have a long intro! You are kind but quick! Your videos want me do them now! Lol!! The stuffed pepper one we love leftovers served on tostadas with cheese! We pop them in oven to get extra crunchy and it’s our favorite! Another trick is for red fried beans! Per can add 1/2 stick butter and lots of garlic powder! They are so smooth and yummy! Please keep your recipes coming!

I do like a combo of things you've done here. The sloppy Joe mac n cheese you made , I do something similar without the sloppy Joe part. I take leftover spaghetti sauce and add cream cheese to it, I just call it goulash. I think you would love this easy one...make boxed Mac n cheese, cooked ground burger, taco seasoning and corn. My kids love those.

Eating the sloppy joe mac and cheese now. YUMM-O. This is an excellent recipe. Super easy. Tastes great. I'm using rotini pasta and only had one cup of the shredded mozzarella left so used sliced for the topping. Melted great but I would've cut them into small pieces if I knew they would get globby but the taste wasn't affected. I will definitely be making this again. Can't wait for my son to get home from school and try this. He will love it. Thank you for posting and thank you, Judy Kim, for creating this delicious recipe.

The beef and bean burrito’s! We are baling our alfalfa in the next couple of days so I thought that dish would be easy to bring and eat on the field! 👍
I want to add breadcrumbs or crushed croutons to the cheeseburger Mac. hehe. also, try throwing those burritos on the griddle for an authentic taste! omg I love this lady. only a southern lady butters the cheese. now I want to try it. and the sesame seeds on the slider is great touch! now I'm hungry!
