Fix a Blown-Out Sky in LIGHTROOM - Tip 12

Adjustment brushes are a fast way to fix portions of your image, and work well to correct a blown-out sky. If you're working with RAW files, you can lower the exposure, or drop the highlights to bring back a lost sky; within reason of course!
