Fr. Paul taught me Hebrew at the Biblicum in Rome. A wonderful teacher and a great human being and a brilliant priest.

A former Jesuit told me that in the 90s the Chicago Jesuits resolved a homosexuality problem by selling the priests residence. In other words nothing was resolved. As if the 11 th commandment was dont ask dont tell.

The “jab” came out in December, 2020. Fr. Paul died from an aneurysm, maybe or maybe not due to covid.

Jesuits have always stood against the puritan mindset...preferring patience and tolerance with people. . Our Dr. is a lay Jesuit with a priest brother in Georgetown, DC...his patients are mostly Medicaid poor. He told his patients in 2020 to avoid hospitals and come to his office for breathing treatments. He also refused to sign the agreement and could no longer practice in hospitals, which he said were about to go crazy and money was involved. The Jesuits also promoted the devotion to the Sacred Heart, also against the Jansenist/puritan mindset....St. Alphonsus Liguori was partial to the Jesuit point of view and love of the poor. I only know that about them....but I don't think they are into the right wing religion popular now.
