I remember when there was heavy rain in the mid 90s in San Andres malate mabini the water was up to my knees vor higher the people keep their homes and out side area spotless in San Andres

.i used to buy fruits at San Andres market way back 1978 but ganoon pa rin hitsura crowded di nafbago tapos i have a friend who has a cuafer near Malate church i used to stay there and have my hair done and make me make up so much nice there before but is still didnt change a lot of street restaurants.But nice but only crowded.

Oh manila a few days is enough for me then get out of town to more remote areas
When you walk around at night the traffic is so intense you see the fumes in the headlights that you don't see in the day I wouldn't let my young son walk around in manila or Bangkok always taxi or sky train this is what manila needs a good local transport services.
However there are some kinda light railway that really is not fit for purpose.
If you have an hour or so to spare go and stand outside EDSA railway station wow I never seen so many people getting a train and they keep coming real eye opener for me

There probably is not many places I haven't walked in manila day or night but you'll never see it all nothing new go and make your own individual adventure people that's what make the adventures more satisfying cause it's your adventure happy travelling.
Also a bit of good advice don't read to much into bloggers on utube most are full of shit just to make money of you
In the Philippines everything looks the same, at least in the videos, so I don't like it too crowded
