So, since Russell Wilson didn't respond, the broncos have to pay him his full contract.

Russ wanted to cook. He said he was 'limitless'. We all watched Tom Brady take the Bucs to a Super Bowl win in one year and DangeRuss thought he was on that level. Ooops!!
Russ was garbage. Averaged 200 yards a game. 11-19 record in Denver. In 2023, 10 fumbles, 8 games with under 200 yards. 1 game with under 100 yards. 45 sacks in 2023.
Russ still played top tier last season. He didn't play defense to lose by 70 points. ATL Falcons would be the best pic. He would instantly be the best QB in the NFC South. Plus that's his wifey's town. Perfect match 💪🏽
Top tier? Not at all. He wasn’t terrible but he wasn’t what his contract was paying him. But that was on the Broncos for giving him that extension. If anyone has been watching Seattle games prior, he hasn’t been great in a few years. Seattle pulled the wallet inspector trick on the Broncos. lol….
He only needs to manage games, not be Superman…ATL has all the offensive weapons he needs…don’t waste all of that money on Cousins…use that money to sure up the defense…use the 8th pick in the draft on the best available quarterback and let him learn from Russell…that’s the best case scenario
I’m happy that the players of old days have a platform to share and speak out the truth so we can get a fair chance to give our opinions and judgements about the players and teams because growing up we never had this kind of information
It’s not like the Walton-Penner family group and Sean Payton picked Russell Wilson as their QB for that price in the first place. That was after the Walton’s brought the team, when they got into this mess from the previous family right? So Greg Penner/ Rob Walton and everyone else have no loyalty to Russell. Now they can start over from scratch and make their impact as the new owners of the Denver Broncos. George Paton still somehow has a job though… could be his final year as the GM if they have another failed season. Again Paton was hired under the previous owners. Greg Penner can literally just fire him for giving Russell that contract in the first place and setting the franchise back for years.
Tom brady is so great he made nfl owners believe all you need to do is bring in a big name Vet and youll win in year 1. Broncos fell for it, jets fell for it.
These guys are successful, because they don’t clickbait us to death. Just provide info, and make it fun. This is better than Sportcenter, and 20 other shows combined.

Unc is wrong on this one. If Russ didn't cost so much he wouldn't be in this position. He wouldn't have been judged so harshly for his play. If a QB is paid like a middle of the pack QB, and gives middle of the pack performances, they are more secure. He was paid as a top guy, and performed like a lower third guy
85 mi is like 8 dollars to their new ownership. Cap has risen almost every year so long term they’ll be fine. They just need to hire a competent front office

I only believe this because it's Sean "Bounty Gate" Payton. That sounds like the kind of shit he'd pull
Rumor has it, Russ can't comprehend. What's your source?
Rumors are absolutely stupid. Would not have done shit to his contract.
@roarbertbearatheon8565 very true
Unc you legit Prince Albert in a can old old school….💪🏾❤️
Ocho must be in a super 8. Cuz he struggling with that WiFi tonight
😂
Tom Bodet gonna keep the light on for ya
Ocho struggle all the time
😂
I just watched Russ interview with Brandon, I am an Athlete; best interview ever, no negativity or shade thrown on anyone.
So refreshing. I got to see Russ upclosed and delightful.
I would love to see Russ in Pittsburgh with Tomlin
fax especially since fields prolly wont be coming anymore i’d definitely welcome russ. kenny cannot hinder this team any longer with his trash play
Nah Pittsburgh racist af I hate it here
Russ is lightskin so he should be alright@@OglocbabyOgloc
I will but as a Raven fan we have enough QBs and good teams to deal with already
@@OglocbabyOgloc shit so is Denver 😂
What Unk and Ocho are saying is advice that goes for anyone with a job in this world.
I'm glad Russell looked for his best interest........not the owner....... The Sean Payton should of been fired for acting out on Russell and the GM should get fired too...... Russell should go to the Steelers cause both Tomlin and Russell are Virginia guys.
Shannon made a hell of a point. Teams will do what's best for them and payers have to what's in your best interest
Would love it if Russ goes back to Seattle and Denver have to pay him. 😂
We miss you on Undisputed Shannon and your analogies and remember you as a Bronco! Great watching your content! I totally agree with Chad Johnson's perspective on needing to give Russell more time. Sean Payton wasn't having it though.
You could tell Shannon dressed him himself today, he ain't messing with them stylists rn 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂
I’m a Raider fan, always have been always will be, played against and watched this man kick our ass for years. I have so much respect for him as a player and person and what he says and reps even as a Raider fan. Love this show and watching!! Hope they see this comment.
“Benson and Hedges”🤣😂🤣😂🤣💀
When that ash dropped on ocho 😅he was like ouch😂
Russell Wilson was under duress the entire time in Denver. I feel like he was disrespected the entire time he can do better somewhere else
WOW!! As a fan of the sport, I've had speculations of the NFL and how they move.
This has been an educational moment for me.
@@troystrong8041ATLANTA makes more sense than Pittsburgh
@@troystrong8041he was getting paid to be superman. You can get a game manager for much cheaper and afford a good team around him.
“Duck smoking Benson and Hedges cigarettes 🚬 “ I love Shannon 😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Broncos fell for it, jets fell for it.
the bucs roster particularly the defense was stacked
I like the comradarie and professionalism amongst you two during these talks.
Talk that business Unc & Ocho😤
Chad was totally ignored when he said Pittsburgh...wowwww
That's a vibe, Shannon! GREAT ANALOGY!
No cap bigger than NIGHTCAP! love y’all🎉
I love this podcast. I'm learning so much about football and what goes on behind the scenes through these conversations.
Way to get that bread Russ. When they ask Russ to take a pay cut he didn’t fold like those other clowns.
You're man Chad Johnson almost set himself on fire😂😂😂😂😂😂
These guys are successful, because they don’t clickbait us to death. Just provide info, and make it fun.
This is better than Sportcenter, and 20 other shows combined.
the qb salaries are getting out of hand
I absolutely agree and had the same thought about Pittsburgh Steelers taking Russell Wilson!
Chad Johnson with the Super Eagle kit!
Man's drip game is low key legendary 🧐
Church!!!!!!!!!Ocho!!!!! Tabernacle!!!!I couldn't Typeit fast enough !😂
Dam Ocho called it…
As a packers fan AND owner, we ate the Rodgers dead cap and it worked out all right for us!🤷🏼♂️
But the Rodgers dead cap ain’t the size of this tho? Jesus! This is like 35% of ur cap space. That’s a shitload of spaces. With that much money, u can have like 4-5 meaningful plyrs on ur goddamn team. They can even be starters lol.
Right on
The GM and ownership of the broncos made the offer to Russ - they could’ve offered less but they didn’t so that’s a Bronco Loss
@@douglassfitch1746 You're right, but he had a no trade clause. So any team that wanted him was gonna have to pay up
I don’t watch football. But I do love this duo and Russ’ family so here I am in full support. ❤
Love that Chads smoke alarm is chirping 😂😂😂
The best NFL chat show bar none.
Players please don't give no discount
Depends on the player and the team. Players can win championships and win more money off the field because of the discount
Broncos will never financially recover from this
85 mi is like 8 dollars to their new ownership. Cap has risen almost every year so long term they’ll be fine. They just need to hire a competent front office
@@jditrev exactly.... Draft the right QB on a rookie deal it's like the Russ money will never be missed. BUT they def better get that part right moving forward.
Walmart has Billions so….
Y’all clearly don’t get the joke 🤦🏽♂️
😂😂😂
Brother Shannon. You got it. Hope the fans and players listen to you. The ticket prices ain’t going down
I love it cause y’all keep it real!!!
The benson & hedges menthols lmao
I'm 52yrs the saying is "If I tell you a 🦆 can pull a 🚛 you STFU and hook it up! 😂😂
I thought that came from Martin.
😭 Jerome
Yo Unc just created a word releasle 🤣
I agree with what Shannon said on First Take
The Benson &Hedges took me all the way out..😂😂😂😂
Ocho, send me a P.O. Box number so I can send you a torch lighter😂😂😂
