I'm so happy to see Mo ❤. As a British, The Shop is my little Black US secret so I'm both surprised and proud of our Mo G 😊. His Agent must be Top Drawer.
What part of uk you from. Ive been to Nottingham a few times
The advice from LL to Lena was priceless, please don't end The Chi anytime soon, it can go on like the soaps and I will continue to watch it.
I love that LL is keeping it 100% Authentic and honest and being real. In a world full of people who are afraid to give there honest opinion with out fear, to watch a successful, confident, humble man who is sure about who he is as a human being is a breath of fresh air. I love this episode.
*Their
Trent Williams’s story is amazing. So glad he’s here to tell it. God bless him. 🙏
He said “how old was Picasso when he did his best work?” LL’s words are deep. I felt that shit. And everything he said after that. He’s GOAT.
LL really got me wanting to run through a wall. I can do anything!
LL remains relentlessly in my top 10 rappers who have left their mark on this art form. Salute 🫡
no. 1 on my list

Salute to LL Cool J. Definitely an icon in hip hop. He always has some helpful advice in his interviews.
Thank you, Mr. Williams, for sharing your incredible story. I hope men, especially Black, pay close heed. Do regular check-ups & exams, and get second and third opinions. Do not put your health and wellness on the back burner.
Do not put a period where a comma is supposed to be....

I am really enjoying this show. Y'all speaking from the heart and being real. LL Cool J, you are so encouraging and inspiring which is a blessing to see. Lena you are a great writer and your films are amazing keep up the good work. Y'all just keep doing well. We need y'all.

LL is that guy!
Wooow, salute to Moe on this platform. Such a cool look for him, the UK
Yes MO!!!! 🙌🏾🎉
Love L L Cool J .❤ Always such & out standing, Man for sure.
Lena is brilliant. A needed voice and super sharp. LL's an OG (among the greats no doubt. Love his music) - but his path / opinion is different and that's.. his. Trust your gut / skill with the choices Lena (The Chi and beyond, trust the hunch about the Chi ending. Smart.). And thank you for Queen and Slim! Huge fan of Andre 3k too and he can play as many flutes as he wants man! He doesn't need to be the greatest flute player ever, his efforts bring meaning and joy (no matter to how many) ..and that's good enough.
This is a true LL master class!!! 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
LL Cool J is inspiring. Good to see positive growth in everyone
Thank You to “The Shop “ It was such a Knowledgeable and Enjoyable Conversation with LL Cool J along with Lena Waite S7 !!

I'm old school and I still don't think LL gets his props. At one time LL was the biggest rapper out. He actually had the rap game in a choke hold. He was the epitome of The GOAT 🐐
All the seasons of The Shop are a learning experience. What the guests bring to the table there’s always add to my tool belt at 65. The inspirational and creative moments that have me sharing with my adult children and on social media

Great episode!
What a amazing and funny episode it was a little bit of everything just like a actual barbershop. The Trent cancer story got me, just hearing and seeing the reaction of the nurse getting ready to tier up after getting the news to not to focus on football and focus on spending time with ur daughter's and making sure all your affairs are good because you don't have alot of time left got emotional 🥺But Gob Bless you that u are doing good now.
Interesting shop talk peace and blessings to you 🙏 all

Facts! And he is the person in room who has done it.
LL said his last album was not impactful. He was correct; the sales weren't really there; however, I highly enjoy listening to that album TODAY!

Pentecostal churches have some of the best musicians EVER. A lot of your favorites are from the church. 💯
What’s the deciding factor in picking between promoting Grey Goose over Lobos? The check? Or do y’all prefer vodka over tequila, in this setting?
would love to see an Asian talent on here...People like Eddie Huang, Jeff Staples, or Bobby hundreds who can speak on the relationship between black and brown + Asian in the community and neighborhoods.
Come on LL let 3 stacks do his thing! The album is great regardless of what you think or not. TBH 3 Stacks can say the same thing about you... Not the acting!
AGREED!!
LL on Andre 3000 "I'M what the culture feeling" (Kendrick voice)🪈

i GOT A QUESTION, How come whenever I watch these kinds of shows, and black female, directors, producers, writers, and creatives on the show at some point they mention that they want in their work to do something uplifting for black males. But I never hear black males in their position ever mention that they want to do something uplifting for black females in THEIR work? Please enlighten me.
Love Lena Waithe and her body of work. She's so talented and already an icon on her way to legendary status.
I just wanna find the instrumental that’s the opening song
speaking of THEME songs at the opening of THE SHOP ..
*(they really do feature the BEST opening songs)*
>there was 1 season that featured a Drake song ..
"and"
>there was 1 season that featured a Kendrick Lamar song ..
(that's WHY we're NOT fond of their tit-for-tat battle)
Ya drop uh episode every 2 months
