I really Like how the Timer Goes Up rather than Down, a lot less stressful
As someone with adhd, I am jealous you can sit and actually follow through with the 30 minute blocks.

You have to keep trying. It does not happen over night for people with ADHD and takes practice, but if you put in the work you will be able to!
Try shorter intervals, like 20 mins and race the timer. Works for me and I've been struggling a lot!

I have adhd and for me it helps cuz i just gotta get through it as much as i can - doesnt always help depending on my day but for the most its the blocks that keep me focused on a task at hand
This is my absolute favorite study vid. My kitty sits by me while I study foreign languages and says “merow” when I mispronounce words. At least I *think* that’s what she’s objecting to. 😂

Hello Sean, thank you for this video. I was having a hard week trying to study. My job has been busy recently and I didn't have time this week to study. But I did so with 3 out of the 6 hours I listened to your video. I received full marks on my quiz and finished my assignments just in time to visit my friends for a drink.

Thank you! I've been having a terrible week and I felt like I couldn't work at all. I remember the pomodoro technique (although I use 25 mins - 5 break) but tried yours and it helped me to finish something I thought I would not finish till Friday! So hopefully it will keep working, and keep up the good work and studies :)

I have ADHD and I could study with this setup. Instead I study with my laptop sitting on uncomfortable chair. My knees and body hurts and my legs got swollen last night because I study 8am-23pm. I have roomates who often cook, talk loud, listen to music loudly so it's even more distracting (I'm not saying they are being too loud because they are okay but because of my ADHD it's distracting). I rarely eat nutritious meals due to financial issues. I think that people with money are more likely to have education/career etc. because they have good food, best technology, environment to study etc.
