To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heating pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈
Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)

1. Attending classes regularly.
Participation in courses where attendance is not compulsory, especially in universities, is generally low. Of course, it is difficult to attend all classes, but it should not be forgotten that attending classes will be very beneficial while studying. Because even if we do not fully concentrate in the lessons, we become familiar with the subjects. While listening to the lecture, even if the subject is not fully comprehended, it becomes easier to determine what it contains and how much work is needed.
Studying a subject you have never heard of can be more difficult than studying a subject you have listened to in a few hours of lecture. For this reason, it is important to attend classes regularly to study effectively.
2. Regular repetition.

That's why starting your studies as early as possible helps you have productive working hours.
4. Making a daily plan.
With a good plan, you can get the best results even when you have limited time. By making a plan, you determine what you will do each day and where you will end up at the end of the week.
Keeping a schedule and following a plan while working always motivates a person. At the same time, you will be more stable during the study as you will try to follow the plan. However, when efficient study methods are applied, the process becomes easy.
In order to prepare an efficient study program, it is necessary to divide the lessons and subjects into days. Trying to fit more work into a few days than you can handle can cause you to panic and lose concentration. For this reason, when preparing a study program, it is necessary to be realistic by considering your daily life and how much time you can devote to studying during the day.
5. Being motivated.
In order to study efficiently, you need to keep your motivation high at the beginning and throughout the process. It is very important to believe that your work will pay off and that you can be successful in what you want to be successful. I was using this one pomodoro timer where you add in all your tasks and it checks them off one by one but it didn't work that well and I'd feel less motivated, I guess the only thing missing was the music and I am so so happy I found this channel ✨💞
