I purchased this oven a few months ago. After firing it up over 20 times, I was frustrated that I could not get it hot enough to cook the crust. (I make my own pizza dough. Store bought like yours in the video has more oils in it so it will brown faster) I called Vevor and explained the issue asking for advice. They basically admitted that the unit will not get to the temp as advertised and said they would look into changing the heat range in the description on the www site. That never happened! I was just about to throw it in the scrap pile when I thought of something.. so I did a simple modification that turned this cheap unit into a small oven that reaches 800* plus degrees in about 15 minutes. I did a short simple video on how to modify yours if you or any of your viewers are having the same problem. Here is the youtube link... ruclips.net/video/fG60i76-TTE/видео.html
I cook pizza on my Kamado Joe all the time, I’ve found they turn out best if you cook at the temp in the instructions, if you want to do high temp pizza you want to use a high temp dough so that everything gets done correctly and not over cooked on crust and under cooked on toppings or vice versa . 👍🏻
Finally an affordable outdoor pizza us small folk can get on board with 🙂Nice review and works great.
It’s a hell of a deal. I really enjoyed it.
Glad you like the VEVOR!
It’s a solid pizza oven.

This may be a game changer for us common folk. I’m not paying $1000 for a pizza oven, and Blackstone hasn’t sent me one for free yet🤣.
