Odd but it works o have a MB560 and I found at Aldies a pizza oven that goes onto the grill for $35.
Works amazing!! Only thing I'll need to change is the temp gage on the inside of the lid of the MB560 needs to be a bit smaller.
But for $35 can't beat it!!

too much bottom heat far too little top heat. does make a good smoker if you install an electric element , water pan and chip box,
Might help to put the Stone in a corner and start a fire on the grill in the other corner, so you have more top heat

Hey Tommy, I laughed my ass off with that airplane thing how often does that happen? Sounded kind of low so I’m guessing it’s not a one time thing. interesting oven Tom H. Loves vevor he must have stock in it🙂 critiquing your Pizza dough maybe a little more moisture looks a little dry. I think you could get a softer crust, but hey, what do I know I’m not there have a great one as always.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍

Tommy, your pizza game has improved. One thing I would recommend, after the bulk fermentation and you need to create your pizza balls, let those individual pizza balls rest for an hour to proof and then make your pizza. It will make the pizza much lighter. As far as the oven, I think it's ok but by looking at the base and how the oven cooks, it is really designed to make a only a New York style pizza and a launch at 550 is the max temp I would use. The concern comes into play as it pertains to the top not cooking as fast as the bottom. Overall, nice review.

Why you waste your money? Just cook it in house oven….
You can tell the difference from a wood fire pizza and a oven pizza. Wood fire is the best tasting pizza you can get.
It makes lost of smoke or not ...
