There is a way that court works. It works that way whether you know it or not. You can either attempt to educate yourself on the law, or hire a lawyer. The DA said the kids need you to work more than they need you in school. And they locked him up with a purge bond.... But she can take off and go to school. Smh

I'm making the similar comment as others that you should always have a attorney in court. I have been in law enforcement for over 30 years many as a Drug Court Investigator being in court daily. I also have a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice but I am not a attorney, attorneys have special training and know not only the law but all the court rules and how to file motions. Regular people just don't have the experience so always have a attorney in court !

I'm making the similar comment as others that you should always have a attorney in court. I have been in law enforcement for over 30 years many as a Drug Court Investigator being in court daily. I also have a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice but I am not a attorney, attorneys have special training and know not only the law but all the court rules and how to file motions. Regular people just don't have the experience so always have a attorney in court !

When I got a big payment from child enforcement I always went there and had them prove the calculations and then I showed with video pics I was there just in case

You know how "unreliable" Child support is so you should have IMMEDIATELY sent the difference in the amounts to him in the form of an money order and by certified mail and you would have been fine, pay up just like he had too😂

It's always the men that gets stabbed in the butt on this one I got custody of my kids and my ex didn't give me a dime in child support, three kids, not one dime... her dad ended up giving it to me before he died. I got along with my ex's parents very well they knew exactly what their daughter was!
