good to see changes being reviewed. Too many towns locked into SFD only setups. Our council was just provided an update on plans to apply for the CMHC accelerator funding project, which will lead to zoning changes and many other topics referenced in your video. Some concerns for this further opening the door to more financially robust developers to just snatch up newly created lands/buildings cutting out new home buyers and locking them back into the cycle of being renters only.
