Jockey’s push their bodies to the absolute limit in their pursuit to be the best but sometimes they do break. To find out how they recover, we popped along to Jack Berry House in Malton, one of the Injured Jockey Fund’s Rehabilitation and Fitness Centres. where they do some incredible work to provide appropriate support to jockeys past or present who are injured, unable to ride, or generally in need.
