    Mam after MRM surgery
    Can anyone go for endoscopic ossiculoplasty with silicon PORP ? please reply

    • @DrSujathasENTClasses
      @DrSujathasENTClasses  Год назад

      PORP /TORP depends on status of remaining stapes. ossiculoplasty can be done along with MRM or as second stage procedure

    Is there minimally invasive option to remove benign tumor?

    • @DrSujathasENTClasses
      @DrSujathasENTClasses  Год назад +1

      benign tumors of middle ear are locally invasive. So we should have adequate exposure before surgical removal.

      @@DrSujathasENTClasses ok thanks 😊. One more question, I took MRI and it said I have middle ear adenoma. The ENT here said to do a radical mastoidectomy. I have already lost my hearing from awhile ago because of recurring ear infections. Now I have vertigo. So they are recommending this approach but seems rather invasive, that’s why I asked. It seems like they need to make enough room to take out the tumor?

    Mam❤❤❤ amazing ...mam till what level should the facial nerve be lowered..in shambaug it is written till fallopian canal .

    • @DrSujathasENTClasses
      @DrSujathasENTClasses  10 месяцев назад +1

      Facial nerve lies in fallopian canal or facial canal. So while lowering ridge, care should be taken to protect facial nerve. So ridge can be lowered upto facial canal, that is upto floor of external canal

      Every problem has a solution. If no solution, then it is not a problem. Relax. MRM cavity needs lifelong follow up. do that . All the very best.
