FOR STEAMING SALTED BEEF
500-700g of salted beef
1 chopped onion
1 tomato (mashed)
some water
FOR MAKING BEEF LIGHTSOUP
Steamed beef
100ml of tomato puree
Dried fish (small herrings, Akom & dried unsalted Tilapia )
fried Thomson fish (Kpanla)
3 Tomatoes
5-6 okro
4 garden eggs
2 chili pepper
1 onion
Some water
FOR SERVING
flaked potato fufu
