Love your videos, i work in a hospital and its so nice to come home and chill watching your videos. You dont need to change, i find your videos so therapeutic and easy watching. Love the shopping hauls as i am a spender😂, love ur crafty videos because i am a crafter and food halls too. RUclips is so much better than watching normal tv, love island is an exception tho 😁 xxxx

Loving the shopping parts of your vlogs, if other people are like me they maybe found you re Mounjaro, but your injection of bubbliness and happiness and all aspects that you share is really nice. Ooooh I can't wait to see your holiday vlogs xxx I started Mounjaro on Friday the 21st of June and was 13st 12/ 13st 13 and this morning I am 13 2. I feel ecstatic !!!! Less than 1200kcals today pre Mounjaro always 16/17/1800 I couldn't stick to low kcals at all. It's life changing Xxx modern medicine

I like alit chitchat bc it makes the vid lively. My 5yo wants to go sealife once the school breaks up on 24th July. Aug planning to go Cheater zoo for 2 days. Watching u pack its so exciting i feel like im going with u 😅 Mum was like the injection help you lose weight the other day. Its not a miracle u still need to put in the effort, will power, exercise, to organise ur meals n make healthier choices. Its not easy and still a struggle bc if u dont do these things weightloss doesnt happen bc ive seen some vid whereby individuals been on the inj for 3m straight and haven't lost a pound. Sun ive done 1hr workout, yesterday i was doing extended fasting 30hrs, everyday i walk about 5k steps, the exercise is about 3-4 times a week about an hr depending on my active 5yo. I really dont want to move upto 7.5mg today's my 6wk injection day of 5mg. Then ill have 10wks to go on 5mg. I went superdrug and brought dove proage body wash, vit e cream to help reduce loose skin on my tummy, thighs and upper arm.

I enjoy any old chitchat. I will be very interested to see your fitness journey with weights ect, because avoiding sarcopenia is my aim along with keeping fit for life. I’m probably older than most viewers and don’t need to lose weight but the fitness aspect interests me a lot. I’m really active and yesterday discovered I could do the splits at 71! I’m absolutely not interested in acting my age and nobody ever realises I’m as old as I am so I act my shoe size! I’m rambling Marcia 😂

hello from the USA, I’ve just started 5mg and I’m actually hungrier than 2.5mg. Just weird right? Feel discouraged you know. Going to Portugal on vacation next week, I was going to not take my shot because I was worried I wouldn’t be able to eat the food at the exclusive hotel, and was worried about travelling with it to Europe too without a docs note.

BUT I have looked back at some of your previous videos and I noticed a 'what I eat in a day on Slimming World' yet you detail weight watcher values so I was just curious . Sorry if you found my question confusing I find your videos interesting ,informative and entertaining and the food composition info very useful. I hope that explains my question. I left slimming world around December time after a terrible experience with my consultant. Moving forward from that though I do try to give as much info as I can about different eating plans etc. I think I confuse myself sometimes🤣🤣🙈.
I don’t add sw values any more just because I no longer follow it plus I don’t have access to the app so wouldn’t be able to give up to date syn values etc.
