The idea of the paddle shifters that move with your wheel only works if you keep your hands in one place (as you should) not keep wondering with them on the wheel on the smallest turns. The only moment you need to change your hand position is when you're parking or doing a U turn :)
I was trawling to find just this. If he had an idea of how to drive, he'd know not to shuffle his hands, which is why he's finding a few windy corners so challenging in a car that should eat them.
I have a tendency to do hand over hand method myself in turns that aren’t aggressive.and had an rx8 with the paddle shifters. I had to train myself muscle memory wise to stay “dialed in” at 10 and 2 when using the race paddles setting. You’d be surprised how many of us practice poor driving habits. Or then again maybe you wouldn’t be 🤣🤣

The 720s is one of the fastest cars in production. It is an easy 1/2 sec quicker to 60 mph and a full second faster in the quarter than the N-Largo. The N -Largo also weighs nearly 1/2 a ton more. Michael is awesome but 720s is insane fast

Basic driving knowledge that you never shift in a corner , always before ... 😉 You break and shift down befor entry and middle of the corner you start to accelerate .

The Turbo makes it feel slower. Whereas F12 N largo has that instant power. Stats don’t mean everything. You need to drive these machines to really understand.
Paddle shifts on the Mclaren are in the right place Michael, same as the AMG GT. If you're driving a car so quickly you need manual mode, you shouldn't be moving your hands around on the wheel, that way you always know where straight ahead is and the shifters will always be under your fingertips. If you're driving on a public road and the bends are so tight you need to move your hands, you should in automatic mode and not using the paddles.

Mclaren have been plagued by several issues such as reliability, quality control and depreciation. Having said that, I've watched a few drag races between Ferrari and Mclaren and for the most part, the Mclaren has taken a convincing win. In a drag race between the 720 and Nlargo, I think the 720 will either keep up or even just beat it.

First lesson on performance driving is locating your hands on the steering wheel. Both Ferrari and McLaren run performance driving schools: Corso Pilota and McLaren Performance Academy respectively. What I love about those fancy cars isn't the performance. A basic Kia or Ford can be pushed to really amazing levels (that is fact lol). What I love about fancy cars is the details, like the color of seat stitching, exactly matching the color of the steering wheel stitching. Normally one company makes the seat, and another company makes the steering wheel. It cannot be that hard to give both companies the same thread (from the same thread supplier). Kia, Ford, etc, often don't do that. I cannot imagine it costs that much extra to make details perfect during a cars production, maybe it does.
When I canyon drive ain't no way I can keep my hands 'properly' on the wheel. I personally hate wheel-mounted paddles. There's a reason Ferrari, Lambo, and AM mount them on the column.
Not sure if that's because he was unable to adjust his seat and is miles away from the steering wheel. But if that's how he usually drives Adam surely should take him to a track and get him a coach to show him how to drive properly.

The paddles attached to the steering wheel are so that when on the track there isn’t a need to take your hands off the wheel when cornering. Some car manufacturers put the paddles on the steering wheel hub so that they are easier to find, but it doesn’t work as well on the track unless they are made to stretch to cover 1 half of the steering wheel. (Kinda like what Ferrari and Lamborghini do)
Michael's taste in cars matches his taste in clothing. It's...eccentric, to put it nicely. But I would never call it elegant/sophisticated, so it's odd that he thinks his Ferrari has sophistication which McLaren lacks. In any case, all the wheels Michael seems to like are horrendous, including the ones on all the cars in the video. Really cannot understand what anyone would like about them. Meanwhile, he dislikes McLaren's standard wheels, which are at least fine in most cases. Ferrari's stock wheels tend to be more lame (e.g. the ones on the 812).

Mclaren 720 0-60 mile-per-hour run in only 2.39 seconds
The Turbo makes it feel slower. Whereas F12 N largo has that instant power. Stats don’t mean everything. You need to drive these machines to really understand.

Paddle shifts on the Mclaren are in the right place Michael, same as the AMG GT. If you're driving a car so quickly you need manual mode, you shouldn't be moving your hands around on the wheel, that way you always know where straight ahead is and the shifters will always be under your fingertips. If you're driving on a public road and the bends are so tight you need to move your hands, you should in automatic mode and not using the paddles.

Mclaren have been plagued by several issues such as reliability, quality control and depreciation. Having said that, I've watched a few drag races between Ferrari and Mclaren and for the most part, the Mclaren has taken a convincing win. In a drag race between the 720 and Nlargo, I think the 720 will either keep up or even just beat it.

Also, I'm no pro driver, but I believe you're not supposed to move your hands around like he is in the turns. So the paddles moving with the steering wheel wouldn't be an issue if you kept your hands on the wheel.

Masks are for closed environments, where there are more people, like public transportation or like in stores.

You are moving your hands all over the steering wheel when cornering: that is why you cannot find the paddle shifters. First lesson on performance driving is locating your hands on the steering wheel. Both Ferrari and McLaren run performance driving schools: Corso Pilota and McLaren Performance Academy respectively. May I suggest that you enroll?

What I love about those fancy cars isn't the performance. A basic Kia or Ford can be pushed to really amazing levels (that is fact lol). What I love about fancy cars is the details, like the color of seat stitching, exactly matching the color of the steering wheel stitching. Normally one company makes the seat, and another company makes the steering wheel. It cannot be that hard to give both companies the same thread (from the same thread supplier). Kia, Ford, etc, often don't do that. I cannot imagine it costs that much extra to make details perfect during a cars production, maybe it does.

When I canyon drive ain't no way I can keep my hands 'properly' on the wheel. I personally hate wheel-mounted paddles. There's a reason Ferrari, Lambo, and AM mount them on the column.
Not sure if that's because he was unable to adjust his seat and is miles away from the steering wheel. But if that's how he usually drives Adam surely should take him to a track and get him a coach to show him how to drive properly.

Hey Micheal i just remembered, Range Rovers have the same paddle shifts as Mclaren, they also rotate when you turn the steering wheel.
Producer micheal inspired me to buy a watch. I'd never owned a watch until these videos. After I bought my watch and wore it, the feeling was incredible and at the time my significant others birthday was approaching and I couldn't think of a gift and I went considering how good a watch felt for me ill buy her a watch aswell and she loved it also. Now we are both really love and appreciate watches so thank you.

Just one remark, the paddle shifters in á McLaren are designed as „real“ paddle shifters. You can change the gear up and down by using the same paddle (left or right). Next time you will have no difficulties on a curvy road...✌🏻

The paddles attached to the steering wheel are so that when on the track there isn’t a need to take your hands off the wheel when cornering. Some car manufacturers put the paddles on the steering wheel hub so that they are easier to find, but it doesn’t work as well on the track unless they are made to stretch to cover 1 half of the steering wheel. (Kinda like what Ferrari and Lamborghini do)
Michael's taste in cars matches his taste in clothing. It's...eccentric, to put it nicely. But I would never call it elegant/sophisticated, so it's odd that he thinks his Ferrari has sophistication which McLaren lacks. In any case, all the wheels Michael seems to like are horrendous, including the ones on all the cars in the video. Really cannot understand what anyone would like about them. Meanwhile, he dislikes McLaren's standard wheels, which are at least fine in most cases. Ferrari's stock wheels tend to be more lame (e.g. the ones on the 812).

The paddle should move with the steering wheel, u should be holding your hands in the 3 to 9 position, hair pin corners are not really that common outside of mountain / canyon roads
