I’m seeing some of my fastest gains since starting feeder/retention sets a little over a month ago. I already reached my goal length but ngl the gains get addicting. Still haven’t reached my girth target which is what I originally started pe for so that’s my excuse to keep going, anyways thanks for all you do BD
This is interesting, I cant afford your course because i am in school and have no job right now so money is tight. I can peruse these to see what i'm doing. I also follow Hink and dont know how much rest is needed only on my 3rd week of pumping
Seems like you probably haven't been through the sub or done much research. But remember that both BD and Hink believe you need length work to gain girth.

And there is no consensus with PE from the looks of it, everyone has their opinions and there is a lot of bad info out there from personal experiences. All I said is I didn't know how much rest is really needed. I am careful but for me, I want to get a vac extender because it seems the safest way besides manuals
Keep it simple. Manuals 30 seconds to a minute sets until you reach 20 minutes total. Pump for 3 sets of 5 min at 5 inches of mercury and work your way up to 10 inches of mercury. Do this for at least 6-7 months.
I suggest practicing soft Kegels contractions during the vacuum, to make the glans more adaptable to the negative pressure, and then reverse Kegels at the end of each session
To me girth gains were so much easier. I put a ring at base and squeeze the blood toward the end, making glans super tight,for 30 seconds-6 sets. Girth blew up to 61/8,

Now, when Faith asked if he should throw the extender back in, you told him that if he is satisfied with his length he should take it slow and focus on girth. What would your response be if your client was not satisfied with length or girth?
Hei man I watched your video meanwhile I wanted to thank you because your theories are valid with all respect to others of PE but since I bought your books things have changed I was coming from a past experience of PE using a stretcher all day for several hours and hanging I had little or almost no results. I started from 0/3 months with your first beginner routine taking me up from 4/6 months I made it to 5 months with good results I think I would not do PE anymore without your massages bfr I have tunic shears I love pressure points came the news of vibrations I pretty much took out the 10 sets of 1 minute side by side and just put 3 sets of 10 minutes with 5 rest from one set to another person having a faster routine than what I was doing.Now my trailer is 3 sets of bulde stretching 30 seconds right side left side with 30 seconds recovery between sets then tunic shears 3 sets of 2 minutes with 30 seconds recovery between sets then masage bfr5 minutes finished I hang at 33% with vibration doing 3 sets of 10 with 5 Min rest at the end of routine pumping at Intervals without vibration at 7hg I have really strong erections I work 4 days a week my routine I am waiting to get into girth finished these months but I will do it without vibration.

my 2 cents needs to be taking 5 to 10 grams of - citrulline or micro Viagra on pumping days. This for me is key for maintaining my pumping gains.

No. Viagra and cialis give occular pressure. Unless you want glaucoma, don't.
