I hate OSB, but understand that what people are willing to pay versus what the work done to top notch personal standards would cost, is usually not something you can rectify. I would like to know what kind of flooring you put down? Laminate or wood, tile, or one of the other interesting(I choose that word carefully) substrates or processes people are using to create finished floors. I dont see anything wrong with what you did I just hope the porch or deck conversion included all the necessary structural & water/weather proofing upgrades. One thing is, depending on what type of flooring your putting down I would have probably used screws for the subfloor that went through the OSB & the composite deck boards all the way in to the floor joists 1 1/4" in(again not necessarily going to make a huge difference but people get used to and comfortable with doing things a certain way). Also I might have put a vapor barrier between the deck boards and the OSB... but I'm in Florida it's a whole different story down here as far as construction goes for several reasons.

I know some people probably gripe about the bottom plate of the walls not being accessible for base boards to be nailed in to, but few builders/contractors worry about that these days and will suggest(possibly require) the use construction adhesive on the baseboards. Also, most people I've worked with "stitch"(some people call it toenail, but I'm of the belief that toenailing has to do with framing nails) 2 brads next to eachother at about a 70° angle in opposite directions rather than straight 90° perpendicular to the baseboard. If I really want something to stick and I know I don't have structural boards or deadwood behind the drywall where I'm installing base or other trim... I use good quality construction adhesive and form full uninterrupted circles on the back of the base which act like suction cups if done correctly(you have to push the base straight on to where it's getting installed, gas the adhesive a little bit and immediately stitch nails where necessary while still applying pressure).
