No John at the end of the day we are not all scammers. There are many people out there that sell quality products that help society not hurt society. A person can become wealthy by selling a quality product that helps a company or person. However, there are many people that would prefer to hurt their fellow man without any ethics or morals. Then they try to blame the people they sell their crappy products too but deep down inside they know that they have no morals or ethics.
The 99% dream, the 1% do it. GC’s bullshit marketing. He’s telling the dreamers they gonna fail. But knows their dreaming is the market for his product. All cons work by fooling the dreamers. Is his a con because 1% succeed through his methods whilst 99% fail? If he beats the odds raising that 1% benchmark then leverages that minority the dreamers will flock to him, and the next guru, then the next, on and on.
My takeaway from this video is that if you want to learn about real estate investing don't buy Grant Cardonne's products but if you want to be a first class bullshitter don't buy his products, copy what he does.
From an impartial perspective GC uses leverage in all his business interests. It’s not bullshit if you state your aim and subconsciously implant the caveat emptor. Emotions drive high energy seminars which result in ludicrous sales numbers. My advice. Attend all the free events but leave your credit and debit cards at home. Carry cash. See why he tells you, don’t hold cash? Then you can, weeks after the event, when the adrenaline pumping subdues, rationally assess the merits of each seminar. One thing to bear in mind. There will always be another seminar, and special buy now offer promotion, perhaps better than the one you first attended. Think rationally not emotionally.

I'm a sales person and I've been following Grant on and off for over 5 years. I crossed 6 figures for the first time last year and this past month made over $18k after signing up for Cardone University. I really wish I can meet another scam artist that will take me further down this path. 😁

My take away over the years is simply do not give any real estate guru a dime for any course that they offer. You can learn everything on real estate at your local library for free. The real estate guru thing has been going on in this country since the seventies and means that the guru makes most of their money off of you. Don't give these people a dime. I read 3 of his books, bought his sales program for only a few hundreds of dollars, and I go from making $39k/ year being a realtor to $180k+/ year in just 2 years. Not to offense but you just try to compete to him the cheap way. I dont care anyone telling he is a scammer or not, but he saves my life. Now I realize you also try to sell a bunch of courses and wonder you have a higher chance to be a scammer since you call a real person that I myself prove he is not a scammer.

Thats why they are fake gurus who selling useless courses for living. The real people who actually make money wont waste their time to do that. Yesterday I attended Grant Cardone weibinar: 1) I think it was prerecorded 2) the people who “buy” the product there name was not on the comment section 3) veryVERY V E R Y generic information compared to what they “promised “ in the mail prior the event 4) try so hard to PUSH his product down my throat just like Brian Rose 5) I think some of his stuff was in the comment section to make you feel guilty or make you buy the product

Grant cardone is a life changer, I found him on 2012, read all his books etc, 10 years later my income is has gone up each year, 10x times what it was then, and I attribute alot of it to his contagious attitude.
If you watch his videos GC says it all the time. He wants people to hate him in a sense so the talk about him. He said people were complaining about 1 a moth newsletter. He says up it to once a week, people go nuts make it 1 a day. Its about people talking about you good or bad as long as they talk about you that's what you want.

I found out about Grant Cardone through the BP podcast as well. I've gotten some value out of the 10x book but it's interesting how you break down the reasons he's so successful. Nice job on the video.

I'm in that mentoring program for 3 months, I get weekly lives with different experts in different areas of marketing and I can ask about anything I need about anything really that will help me with my cake business and online classes, also I get my own coach who's helping me take action (I sell online baking courses), it's been great to have someone just guiding you through every step of the way. I needed a coach to help me sell more courses because I'm not an expert in marketing, its right what I needed. If I don't forget, I'll come back to this comment in a couple of months to tell you how it went and if at the end it was worth it 🙂 but for now, I really like where it's going.

And best of all, if you use trading bots and smart algorithms to do automatic trades and analysis u can make it semi passive income. $7k goes a long way in stocks. It doesn’t matter who you learned from it you don’t have a goal or a project/business in mind one with a clear path or one your are already doing it would never help you I Learn from Tai Lopez the one everyone call a scam I go my biggest pay after his video, I barely even advertise now and I still get paid, I am actively trying to build a big brand name in my country for now I just stick to getting funds to survive and get equipments to come out as standard as I can...so know yourself before you go learn from any online guru, you have to be smart when you learn from people in general, cause what works for Mr A May never work for Mr B doesn’t mean anyone is trash, just learn how to learn and find a teacher that suits your personality not someone that gives you hope.

90 percent of people who want to sell you something are shady, the one way you can get some true insight is by having competing sellers accuse one another, that’s the only time they are being honest most of the time… so they’ll expose someone (with truth) and then they’ll try to sell you something on the back end… (they are like politicians ‘they are bad-which is true-but I am good-which is also a lie…) so just observe and don’t buy, that’s how you can get knowledge on shady people.

I read 3 of his books, bought his sales program for only a few hundreds of dollars, and I go from making $39k/ year being a realtor to $180k+/ year in just 2 years.
Not to offense but you just try to compete to him the cheap way. I dont care anyone telling he is a scammer or not, but he saves my life.
Now I realize you also try to sell a bunch of courses and wonder you have a higher chance to be a scammer since you call a real person that I myself prove he is not a scammer.

The real people who actually make money wont waste their time to do that. Their time is much worth to make a lot more money with their business and investment. I go from 0 to 857 rental units in just 10 years for a reason ( I scale this fast since I got a high income job and 5 more different businesses) , and surely I wont spend my time selling courses.

1) I think it was prerecorded
2) the people who “buy” the product there name was not on the comment section
3) veryVERY V E R Y generic information compared to what they “promised “ in the mail prior the event
4) try so hard to PUSH his product down my throat just like Brian Rose
5) I think some of his stuff was in the comment section to make you feel guilty or make you buy the product

I came here to get the truth about the multiple a day instagram ads and ended up getting another con artist pitch. What people like RP and GC say is all philosophy, nothing of value or accredited through higher education. Grant has multiple lawsuits and thats all I need to know about whats hes selling, lies.

Grant cardone is a life changer, I found him on 2012, read all his books etc, 10 years later my income is has gone up each year, 10x times what it was then, and I attribute alot of it to his contagious attitude.

I think he got a lot of redemption requests so he is doing the 10x sales, conferences and RUclips to pay off his real estate and make investors whole

I'm in that mentoring program for 3 months, I get weekly lives with different experts in different areas of marketing and I can ask about anything I need about anything really that will help me with my cake business and online classes, also I get my own coach who's helping me take action (I sell online baking courses), it's been great to have someone just guiding you through every step of the way. I needed a coach to help me sell more courses because I'm not an expert in marketing, its right what I needed. If I don't forget, I'll come back to this comment in a couple of months to tell you how it went and if at the end it was worth it 🙂 but for now, I really like where it's going.
