I started taking very small amounts of mushrooms every morning, and I have been not only more energetic but in a much better mood and more motivated and actually clear headed. It always feels like it just unclogs my brain I don't have any brain farts anymore... Also made a big dent in my (honestly terrible) anxiety and (moderate) depression.
Just in case anybody reads this and wants to do the same. I'm taking gold caps, and I'm eating a very small stem or quarter or half of a very small cap. So if you folded a toothpick in half, about that size. There is a very miniscule margin for error. So obviously try at home and you have nothing to do instead of going to work the first day. That's another thing I go to work like this everyday no one knows and I feel great
