as a person who know Swallow Nest so well I'd say that damn bird saliva is overrated & overpriced in every country as a medicine it's not that potent or effective there's another ingredient (herbal medicine) that cheaper and work just like Bird nest In terms of taste, Bird nest soup is taste bland not tasty at all unless you add some ingredients like meat, fish or shrimp to make it better. In short, are Bird Nest good for your health the answer is Yes , but not that much. Instead of buying $100 small portion of swallow nest product it was better to buy a healthy ingredients to cook for the whole family believe me, I know bird nest very well it was so damn Overpriced & everyone believe it was medicine for all health problem, I hate ppl who telling lies when they try to sold their product.

Why on earth would you compare Richard Hammond, a motoring journalist with Sonny, a food reviewing expert! There are a lot of things Richard Hammond is good at and he adds a certain element to the trio which would be missing without him. It's sonny's job and passion to try out food from anywhere no matter what it is or how extreme it sounds or looks or tastes but Jeremy, May & Hammond sets out for motoring adventures, food is just a part of their outings. Damn man, you must have been high!

I absolutely love Sonny's videos, presentation and reviews. He is so genuine and such a natural. His videos also are more enjoyable as they are also infused with humour. For my family and self, he is THE BEST out there.

From an ABC in LA, I was raised being told this is a status symbol and it works wonders for your skin. The stuff is like pure protein and collagen so it's supposed to be healthy. My family eats it pretty often... We all look much younger than our real ages... Asian Genes + Bird's Nest lol
this episode is the best demonstration of how jobs are created. bird nest harvesters, feather pickers, nest builders, transportation. all that efforts to produce a very expensive product people are willing to purchase. just because they believe it's good for their health, without any scientific evidence :) great show.
My parents are from China and I’ve had a type of birds nest stew too and if you don’t add anything it actually tastes like nothing it’s actually pretty refreshing if you eat it cold with sugar on a hot summer day. Edit: I wrote this before finishing the video I did not notice they they also ate this dish but it was hot instead of cold

Bird nest exist in many asian countries, remembered my parents used to give me small jars of it when I’m young. Probably not the top grade kind, it’s definitely not cheap though, and the bird nest itself doesn’t taste like anything, its like jelly. Its everything else around it, like the “soup/sauce” that is nice

Birds nest like these were originally collected from caves in Malaysia. Nowadays bird nest houses are built everywhere for the swiftlets to house and build nest.
You should try BRAND'S bird nest. It's a manufactured and capped bottles of bird nest with rock sugar in it. Definitely has more taste in it than what you guys had. You can just drink it as it is, best served chilled in my opinion. It's very popular in Thailand. Please try it and review it

Now this is my favourite youtube channel. You should come over to Malaysia. Our food here have a lot of variations. In the west, you will meet with tons of Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines. From the north to the south of West Malaysia, there are tons of variations, then go to the East. Borneo, you will get variations of food totally different from West Malaysia. From Chinese food in the city of Borneo, up to the jungles and mountains of Borneo, you will find multi ethnic tribal foods that you won't find anywhere else. Would love to see you come and taste the food here.

Birds nest like these were originally collected from caves in Malaysia. Nowadays bird nest houses are built everywhere for the swiftlets to house and build nest.
You should try BRAND'S bird nest. It's a manufactured and capped bottles of bird nest with rock sugar in it. Definitely has more taste in it than what you guys had. You can just drink it as it is, best served chilled in my opinion. It's very popular in Thailand. Please try it and review it

Now this is my favourite youtube channel. You should come over to Malaysia. Our food here have a lot of variations. In the west, you will meet with tons of Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines. From the north to the south of West Malaysia, there are tons of variations, then go to the East. Borneo, you will get variations of food totally different from West Malaysia. From Chinese food in the city of Borneo, up to the jungles and mountains of Borneo, you will find multi ethnic tribal foods that you won't find anywhere else. Would love to see you come and taste the food here.
