FRATRICIDE would not exist without the characters introduced in SCP-8600 that inspired the story - it’s a fantastic work, strongly recommend it

Especially if you hyphenate "horizon-far" so people know it's a compound adjective instead of a description of the horizon.

@The Exploring Series You really spoil us sometimes. An almost two-hour Amoni-Ram Story? And it's PART ONE OF MORE!? I should've written this sooner, especially since you began exploring Warhammer and only recently have returned solely to SCPs, I wanted to assure you that this channel provides a vital service to the SCP Community. The one thing you find here that you won't find in a Volgun or a Maxwell video is the master-class breakdowns at the end. And of some really esoteric SCPs, that if I'd only heard verbatim from the wiki would have me scratching my head at the end. I don't know how you do it week after week but it is worth more than I can convey in words. On behalf of the SCP Community, "Thank you."

I absolutly LOVE how the depiction of Mekhanism and the Nälka changed over time. No longer are they just the good religion vs bad religion. Both had histories which shapes each group, the Mekhanites came from a highly advanced but also somewhat misogynistic empire of conquest, which fractured into three subgroups, the Nälka meanwhile are a persecuted group of people who often do horrible things out of desperation
Art imitates life.
I find cultures/religions that worship goddesses while being mysogynistic to be quite intriguing and confusing. How do they reconcile these beliefs and actions.
@@shivanshukantprasadoh, that happens in reality too. Ask the ancient athens, or the medival japanese, but in the case of the mekhanites, SCP 7600 "the hall of the empress" might give an answer
@@shivanshukantprasadthey reconcile it by believing the goddesses are the ones to create and interpret those so call misogynistic beliefs. You guys forgot that it wasn’t just men that belived these again so called misogynistic ideals, women did too.

This story has me hooked. I haven't read the full tale myself but I'm compelled by the relationship between Bileath and Ansool and I'm just worried that in traditional SCP fashion it could all end badly for them.

Man I haven't listened to any of your videos since February when my friend passed away. We used to listen to your vids then talk about them for the next couple of days until the next one.
Not going to lie we talked about the one where you stay conscious after death and you essentially feel your self waste away. That was one that kept us up for a bit.
