When on vacation in Orlando with my friends in 1979 through 1983 we stayed at the Holiday Inn on the other side of this mall across Interstate 4. I always liked this mall and was there many times. I remember us having dinner at the mall at York Steak House.
Thanks Doomie for another mall walk. This mall was really bland except for the skylights. That was a nice touch. I liked how it was almost filled with stores. It looks like a healthy mall that’s doing okay.
Beautiful mall, I could really spend some time in here. I thought the empty restaurant at the entrance was a bad omen but I was pleasantly surprised. It looks quite healthy. And it's a Debartolo! As was my defunct hometown mall...sweet bonus!
This was my local mall since my family moved to the area in 1992. I moved out of state a couple years ago and it makes my heart full to see it again. Y'all take care of it!
I used to live in Altamonte and went there almost every day!!!! Saw Batman Begins, V for Vendetta, Van Helsing and a bunch of other films at the theater. It's a special place.

Not a bad mall. I wouldn't mind shopping here. I like some of the stores I'm seeing and I really like that planter box/plants at 11:45. At around the 1:50 to 2:00 minute mark the music sounded like Last Christmas. Also Doomie, it's pronounced Maizon Blansh not Mason Blanch.
I used to live there and that was one of my favorite haunts!!!! Went there almost every day for a long time. That mall is special to me. My Fortress of Solitude.
I always jokingly called D.A.R.E. "donut abuse resistance education", growing up lol. Can't remember where I heard that joke from. I also can't believe D.A.R.E. is actually still around as a program. That surprises me... Thanks for this video. Looks like this mall is still holding up well to this day. Christmas decorations are nice, as well. Still am crossing my fingers Mall of Millennia might be the Christmas special video this year?

Ahh, York Steakhouse. Great memories. There's still one in Columbus Ohio and it's as good as ever

This is my local mall, and has been for years! It’s definitely still a thriving mall and will continue to be, from the 70s!

That Sears is a perfect space for a Von Maur, Tilt Studio or Tilted 10, Target, etc. Mall looks amazing.

For this video I snacked on some original flavoured potato chips. I'm not a potato chip fanatic but these were good.
