You cant call that a match. Normaly I like the cinematic fights but that was pretty dull. It was just a summary of the two's time together and Wyatt continualy saying that they are the same,
Honestly I actually enjoyed it a whole hell of a lot more than I expected to, I am only annoyed with the finish of Asuka v Sasha which was otherwise the best match I've seen since the start of the covid era
@@dynad00d15 Chris bey winning the x-division title? Motor city machine guns returning? Deanna winning the knockouts title? Heath debut? Ec3 at the end? Eddie Edwards? Come on dude

@@johnleoalgo9692 it was decent but the ending to the eye for an eye match was anticlimatic, and that ending to the Sasha vs Auska match was horrendous
Better to do that so your opinion won't get influenced. I find that some idiots keep shitting on WWE even if they have a good product. While WWE has seen better days, they try their best to keep things interesting but up to a certain point. They gotta build stars properly. They have a deep talent pool but seems like Vince always has a hard-on for part-timers or any veterans they have. I'm still pissed at them for not giving Christian the proper WWE/World Heavyweight Championship reign that he truly deserved.
This might be my favorite main roster show of the year. It was so weird and interesting, and at no point was I bored. So much strange shit going on, and I loved all of it. I can't imagine being so devoid of joy as to hate this show, the wrestling was excellent, and the twists were legitimately surprising, mostly in fun ways. Great show.
Before I watch this vid this was 9/10 for me the ppvs this year has been 100 times better than the weekly shows it’s like wwe want more network money 💰
My main matches of the night 1. Dolph vs drew - dolph tried everything n still couldn't do it go spirit squad 2. seth vs rey - c'mon we all Seth was winning 3. Empress vs sasha was great
I reacted to the Asuka/Sasha finish with the Billy Kay voice like: You gotta be joking me 😂😂🤦🏾♂️ Edit: “An eye got taken out, a man was set on fire and we don’t know who any of the champions are...” 😂😂
drew vs dolph looked like a pretty solid match, eye vs eye match was fine but ending was weird......everything else was boring... and weird.... Moreover WWE hates apollo so much that they did'nt even let him fight a match for losing his title......
WWE had to put out a article on Asuka vs Sasha just to tell fans Its unofficial. That ref spot ruined a great match. Also anyone see the camera on kairi as she handed asuka the mist?
When I saw Kairi hand her something, I thought it was Sasha's 'Boss' ring that Bayley had used in her match. The camera lingered on the ring on the floor after that match, and I thought it would have been some nice symmetry if Asuka had used the same ring to beat Sasha. Opportunity wasted, in my opinion.
I liked Drew vs Ziggler. Match of the night for me. I also liked the Swamp Fight but please for the love of all that is good WWE, give the cinematic matches a rest for at least the next six months. This one was good, but I could feel the fatigue starting to set in. This coming from someone who has loved every cinematic match thus far.
So, Sasha and Asuka were turning in what was shaping up to be match of the night... And then the ending happened, and we got our second "match result" with a "title change"... with no official in sight. TWO "title changes" without any official or announcement... One of which now has a Raw title on a SmackDown Superstar... Thanks for making everything so easy to follow, WWE. >.>
I love the ending to the Sasha Vs. Asuka match because that's exactly something Bayley would do. It's 100% in her character to do it. So it fits within the storyline.
This was such a cluster-eff or a PPV. The storylines were just dumb. Bailey and Nikki, great match, awful ending; Rey and Seth, terrible ending, dumbest stipulation ever; Asuka and Sasha was great until the end, such a ridiculous ending; and that atrocity between Bray and Strowman. Such terrible booking.
The Seth vs Rey match suffered from being overshadowed by it's horrible gimmick. The swamp match was nothing more than an overly drawn out advertisement for the inevitable summer slam match vs the fiend. And that ending of Sasha vs asuka was wcw 2000 levels of bad.
"Serious non-eye based wrestling" is one of the funniest things I've heard in awhile. Good job, Jack. You redeemed yourself from overvly bashing JR's "Fyter Fest" single botch.
Fans really don't make sense, always complaining that the wwe is doing it all wrong, so they try something different and then again everyone complains about it.
Uncle Tommy True. These fans just don’t understand wrestling as well as they think they do. The Sacha and MVP “wins” were all for heat. Sacha isn’t the official champion, but like MVP, she can carry the belt in her possession and be a delusional dick and brag about how she won it fair and square and officially
"let me in" was in Strowman's voice though... and in his shack promo, Wyatt talked about how he was no longer caught in his own body, not able to change what he was doing. So, old Wyatt back and the Fiend passen on to Braun?
Props to the Big Boys for the swamp fight, I just wish the WWE had better production values when it comes to cinematic matches. The sound was awfully mixed, and the camera work was equivalent to a no budget home project. Probably wrong of me to be so critical, but considering how awesome the wwe is at putting promo packages together, you’d think they’d at least be able to understand contrast.
Reports are the barroom rawl and orton/show matches we're moved to SD and raw to "boost ratings" Apollo having covid would make sense... doesn't seem like an injury thing; he just wasn't cleared to compete. At this point, who doesn't have corona living in Florida?
