It's time to realize though that there is still much ego in believing that thanking someone for their life, and even not wasting one bit, is respect, when they did not offer it. They want their lives just as much as we. We don't need to exploit animals. We don't have the right. And, the animals in the wild, if given a choice would probably prefer not to be hunted, having a fridge full of GOOD food, plenty of water, and air conditioning and heating. To deserve our humanity, we should be coming up with solutions so that all sentient beings can live in peace and harmony. We could have been bugs.
Come on get real animals hunt animals regardless, bites huge chunks while still alive. While greed makes human kill period as well as ego. Humans don’t just kill animals but each other, have you heard of war. It is not taking a life for food that is wrong but in the lack or respect and empathy in doing it. We all want to live even those plants you eat. But there is this thing called the circle of life you know just ppl don’t know how to apply it bc ever one so busy thinking their way is the right way then greed thrown in on top.
Yes, the world had gone corrupted since the human started to kill and harm innocent creatures.
If you ask me the rat is not the most harmful being on planet earth.
You do not see a rat rapping a child or killing another being for their skin or horns. Or contaminating the waters it needs to survive or cutting or burning plants that grand fresh air and food.
But the Great Mother has plans for us, may one day she remind the humans that we all are part of her.
