    My dad and I would pick sand hill plums in Stafford County every fall when we went hunting. My mom made the best sand hill plum jelly. Thanks for this video. Reminded me of those days back in the 60's.

    Thanks for sharing the hawk migration. Our birds are resident, so I had never seen a hawk migration before. Really cool.

    Happy Anniversary!!!
    That field of hawks are probably Swainson Hawks they love to come together after a feild has been plowed. Red-tailed hawks tend to still stay pretty solitary even during migration. Redtailed hawks have a dark patch (patagial) on the front of the wing but the birds that were flying lacked that and their tails were really dark as well. Still a really cool sight!

    Oh Jordan what kind of incubator do you have?? Can you do a walk around & how many eggs it holds?? I have a big cabinet incubator & absolutely love it!! I have hatched thousands of eggs over the years!! Lots of fun for sure!!

    • @JordansHarvest
      @JordansHarvest  3 года назад +1

      I have 2 GQF incubators and a Hatcher! I ordered I few parts to get them functioning better though!

    • @j.j.clingman4083
      @j.j.clingman4083 3 года назад

      @@JordansHarvest the cabinet incubator that I have I ended up getting a five gallon bucket & I fill it with water so I can keep the humidity up during the incubation period!! It worked really good before I got that set up but I would have to open the door every time to fill the water bowl!! Now I don’t have to do that!! The five gallon bucket full of water will last the intire time plus I don’t have a fluctuation in water temperature every time!!! Definitely works much much better plus the % of hatch ratio went up also!! I can’t remember exactly how many eggs it holds but if I remember right it is like 500 to 600 eggs & many more quail eggs!! Lol!

    Hey Jordan. I’m an amateur taxidermist. I’ve been doing just birds. I know you want to do that invasive species mount (pigeon, Eurasian dove, sparrow, and starling) I’m in California, but if you can figure out how to get them to and from through the mail I’ll do them for ya.

    the frost didn't get to them. the flowers would be wilted and brown. they are about half the size of a good blueberry. they do grow in bunches and about 80 - 90% should produce berries. look like red current's to me. we have both red and black current here in Germany.
