In all my time playing video games, I don't think I've ever seen a place more beautiful than Satorl Marsh in Xenoblade Chronicles. As night falls, the music changes. The trees' boughs dance in the wind, and the budding flowers on their limbs release light into the night sky. As the music swells, a Borealis comes into view. It is majestic, and unparalleled. You come to this area early in the game, and it propels the game into a realm of its own. One in which magic flourishes, and dreams light up the night sky. Out of the many lives I've lived through video games, Xenoblade Chronicles is one of my very favorite.
Love the callback to your video of this from the original version. I used to come back to that video every once in a while to see that scenery again. Now I'll be coming back to this one.
Thanks a lot for watching my original version and now this one! When I played the Definitive Version, I knew I had to do a callback on this amazing place (plus the music too). Still easily one of the best atmosphere and music location of any games I've played to this day.
What’s even better is that we have natural bioluminescent fungi as well as animals; and if that’s not enough, then scientists have also created plants that can do the same thing.
Cuando llego la noche alli,por primera vez,es donde me dije con una 3 lagrimas en los ojos "carajo,parece que me enamore de este juego" 3 años luego de haberlo terminado,sigue siendo el mapa mas hermoso en donde he estado Y la musica solo lo eleva a un siguiente nivel Carajo,volveria atras solo para experimentarlo por primera vez
Cierto, cuando llegue por primera vez y vi los árboles muertos y lo feo del escenario estaba haciendo todo rápido para salir de ahí, hasta que observo que empieza a salir partículas de los mismo árboles que llame "muertos", me quede quieto expectante a ver que pasaba, ocurre el cambio, salen los colores y la música cambia por una tranquila, que transmite paz y serenidad, recuerdo que me quede quieto observando con detalle apreciando el lugar no quería jugar, simplemente me quede apreciando el entorno, pocos juegos han conseguido eso en mi, el otro serían los Zelda BoW y ToTK, no se que otro juego a generado ese impacto.

This place and song is so underrated. Think this is the only video wich show us the actual area and song. Maybe only a few people can see games as a work of art.

Kind of an obscure reference but the music and scenery at night reminds me of Arcana in MapleStory. Also, I love that you matched this up with your previous version from 8 years ago. :)
