  • A tremendous live performance of "Boy From New York City" by The Manhattan Transfer, appearing on ABC TV's late night comedy show "Fridays". The group is introduced by Fridays cast member, Larry David, as he plays the character of Howard Cosell.

A time for great vocal groups, Manhattan Transfer and the Pointer Sisters. Incomparable. Save your criticism of the 80's style. It was a style, and I actually prefer it to some of the sluts I see singing today. And that includes the men always clutching their balls.

Fridays used to be the poor substitute for SNL. Now after seeing recent SNL shows, those old Fridays episodes look better. Did they get better, were they better than I remember, or is SNL just a lot worse than it used to be? Also, this is a great old song, and the main singer is/was a cutie.

Sex Pistols: Little stands that let's you direct the bullets at will, and also they can get bullets to use them. Some skill needed and they can be used for defence.
Manhattan Transfer: Stand that can reflect the direction of the bullets. Since it has to rely on the wind it does require a good amount of skill to use it.
