@@aprilplankpilates I started my Pilates journey years ago with mat pilates with Mari Winsor, I loved it, unfortunately I got away from it and went with Barre, came back to pilates over a year ago with mat and bought a nice used chair, then last March I bought a used Aeropilates to try reformer pilates. I admit I was intimidated by the kind of strange looking reformer, I absolutely love it! So after 6 months ofn the Aeropilates, I will save for a an Allegro 2 is the plan!

Lotss of laughs as my ball definitely didn’t do as it was told to do with my brain 😊 next time I’m sure it (the ball) will listen better to me 😂 I could my ball too big and maybe too hard for my torso. It’s a 55”. What size ball do you use and is it fully blown up? Thank you April, as always love your workouts. You are by far my favorite to workout with ❤️

Believe me - the ball doesn't always cooperate with me either! I have the 55" as well but I have found through the years there can be a big variety in how big the balls can get based on how much air you put in. You can try to deflate it a bit and see if it works better for you. It at least makes for a fun workout! lol. Thank you for watching. I appreciate it. Have a great day.
