Functional patterns is one of the most superb presentations of movement, relative to fitness and wellness that I have ever been exposed to. Good to go athletics, Proforce Athletics, Functional Patterns. I hope we all meet together. Thank you, Functional Patterns.
Whaououououo......what a fantastic creation....exercices came be done by all.. ( nearly)..this is an Opera.... Super Naudi, tu fais un travail de premiere qualité, c'est un Opéra, tu peux le faire, on peux ( presque ) tous le faire , Merçi.
The speaker is Jacque Fresco, founder of the Venus project. You people should look into it. Naudi I got respect for you for exposing people to fresco, we definitely need his level of sanity in this unsane world :)
@@maxii95 dude seriously? Bosu I can see. Standing on a stability ball, no, its about as bright as doing bb squats on a stability ball. As a strength and conditioning professional or physical therapist, your goal is always to weigh the risks and rewards of each exercise, then program the exercises that provide maximum reward with minimum risk. Standing on a stability ball neither delivers maximum benefit nor minimum risk.
Mr. Naudi Aguilar, I really like this music and lecture recording. How can I get a copy of it? It's an awesome piece to workout to! Please think about selling it on iTunes.
Naudia I have a question, does the letter (x) or the shape square have any relativity to these functional patterns work ours? Meaning when you working out do you also think of yourself in a shape or in lines, relative to these efficient patterns you practice?
Serious question. When considering movements for our clients, I always weight them in regards to risk vs. reward. Is the risk of falling from the stability ball worth, what I'm assuming is, the proprioceptive reward of performing exercises while standing on top? Love the channel, and really appreciate your efforts!!
Jed Schuler - for that specific exercise, my functional patterns trainer started me On the ground, then a bosu, then flipped the bosu, and I never evolved to the stability ball. There is so much foundational education as an FP practitioners client before you pick up a weight or stand on an unstable surface. By the time you advance to an exercise like this, yes, it is safe.
