    1. Beat the eggs evenly and add the chopped vegetables and stir them evenly,
    2. Put cooking oil(1) on a pan heated over high heat and spread it thinly as if wiping it off with a kitchen towel,
    3. Turn it down to low heat and pour in egg water (the amount of ⅓),
    4. Spread out and cook thinly, and when the edges and back are slightly cooked, roll the eggs with wooden chopsticks and a fritter tender,
    5. Pour the egg water back into the empty area of the pan and roll it with cooking oil (1) and the rest of the egg water.
    Rolled Omelet with Cheese
