Hi, you can unscrew the reservoir cap before you push the caliper pistons back. Just make sure the fluid doesn’t overflow. Once you’re don’t retracting calipers then you can put cap back on.

Could you mention when to have the brake fluid reservoir cap unscrewed and when to screw it back down?.
