UBCSCC Mission Raceway Trackday - 2zz MR2 Spyder

Me in my mr2 at the Mission raceway in BC. This was a track day hosted by UBCSCC.
Mods on the car are 2zz-ge engine swap, kw variant 3 coilovers, white line swaybars and falken 615's 205 50 15 front 215 45 16 rear, quaife lsd, porterfield vintage racing pads.

The 2zz sounds glorious; the swap is worth the noise alone. What are you using for engine management? Your lift is engaged a lot!

perfect driving sir. no slipping at all. your tires chirp a little bit when you downshift. do you have some kind of high capacity clutch ?

Hello, I'm getting ready to do the 2ZZ swap on my 00' Spyder. Your car sounds amazing. Can you please tell me what exhaust and intake you are running please?

@dutchct I'm in the middle of my 2ZZ swap right now. I'm hoping my Spyder will sound at least close to what yours sounds like. I have an LR header TPD (formally JNZ Tuning) downpipe with high flow cat, Team Moon dual exhaust and PPE intake. Are you on spyderchat by any chance?

How many kg are you running for F/R? I'm trying to custom a set of coilovers for a good neutral feel with a slight over steer but not too strong as it's MR. I was thinking F-12kg and R-10kg. Also running with F/R competition hotchkis sway bars too.

uhm......they are sold here...and dont need to be imported
if you want one just go onto craigslist
