As a 25 year old, this era realizing my worth and the relationship with myself is the best relationship. Before I have a lot of friends and this time i choose to spend the energy to myself and communicate what I want. I choose friends who I spend time with the same energy and mentality. Might people say I changed a lot but it makes me realize that I’m at my peace and not stressing. Thank you so much for being wonderful content you shared to us.❤

One of my brothers is a narcissist and he always try to make it seems like I’m a issue when I try to defend myself but I shouldn’t be doing that. I don’t have to do that, because I know who I am. It takes a lot to walk away but it shows who is the better person…that’s something I’m learning. Thank you so much for posting and giving us these reminders.❤
