Thanks for another interesting conversation. I wonder how adding a Muslim co-host (who knows the Quran really well) would add to these conversations. We hear a lot about what the Bible says, and the two books actually have so many similarities, but it would be interesting to hear their takes on various topics.
The first group had some emotional solutions. The new group has come with logical ones. You watch the show waiting for some emotional connection and all you hear are logical things. This actually improves our intellectual way of handling things coz at times you have to put those emotions aside and think clearly. Thanks ladies 🙏.

Speaking of the Bible, swear the bible has solutions for our day to day lives. The other day I was reading Exodus only to find that Jethro, Moses' father in law had given him a piece of advice on delegation of work. Moses was all listening to the Israelites and giving them solution all by himself and Jethro advised that he should get other pple to help him

Me I was Duped,I used to think Nigerian movies are real life so I used to watch them and I cry though they raised me with hope and I knew suffering is not the end of the world but when I grew up I released these are flims directed by people and I hated movies,I love watching real life

For me I think truth is elastic (think of it like a rubber band) that no matter how much you stretch and twist. It will always come back to its real position or state.

There are some countries or situations were the truth will put you in trouble yet God tells us to say, to know and to walk in truth will set us free. If you ask me about the truth of something I have been engaged in personally I will definitely say the truth. But in some cases if I have been asked to testify on something, I have just learnt to say I don't know.

What I've learned when it comes to renowned personalities like author Ngugi wa Thiong'o... is that one has to learn to separate the art from the artist.
A person can be so brilliantly gifted/talented yet NOT be good person in equal measure.
Just like one can be a good father but not a good husband.
However, this scenario begs the qn, is it the author's son story to tell,is that his truth?
Now, the biggest dupe of all time & the hardest pill to swallow is realising & coming to terms with the fact that the parents u once
put on a pedestal are infact not perfect...they are (beautifully)flawed human beings with varied strengths & weaknesses.
Come to think about it, something have listened to or read about only manifests as truth after have applied it and it works. Thank you Beverly we together on this
Manuela as a Christian woman the truth about success is when you do that thing that God has ordained you to do, those things that aline in your talents and type of person no matter if you studied hard or not. Most successful people in the bible weren't educated and so it is today. Destiny is the truth to our success not only the books we read.

Babra is right, everything is in the Bible. I was shocked recently when the traders were striking. As i was medidating on their concerns, i was led to Romans 13:6 and 7.....and guys i shut my mouth. Its like literally God wrote about everthing in our day to day life...how amazing..

I think there is a difference between truth and righteousness, ladies. This is complicating the question. Whether someone did something good or evil, the question is did they do it or not? Truth is simply whether something or was done or not etc, regardless of it being a good or bad deed. In the end God is the one that is the final judge because he is all seeing and all knowing, no matter the evidence presented on the matter

When people used to engage in bible talks i used to keep looking at them and wonder how they got all that in sunday school🤣🤣. Guys in 3 months to come i will have finished the whole bible reading too and can't wait to engage in all bible discussions

Truth is black and white and will always be no matter the generation or Technology. Truth comes from the person conversing giving us or saying out their experience with facts without alteration or exaggeration. Just the exact facts and without justifying anything.

there is a lot we are still learning.
I remembered a very representable guy chatted me that he was a pastor he was receiving whites coming to his church. So he came to deposit 150k for their transport .he wrote the number to send to on the paper .he looked rushing. After he left as I was sending the money. I realised the number was nt receiving the money then calling on it it was nt existing. Then tried to look around to tell him that the number is wrong. I realised my safe was empty. With no even a single coin. Upto now I can't figure out how he emptied my safe.
Oh dear. What a calamity! Alertness at all times.
Still at work and yet to continue with today's episode however I feel that today's discussion is very interesting.

Great start...I needed to hear this exercise chit chat.
That part were you said don't admire the rich cos soon it will vanish. This applies to the riches that weren't obtained from the right path ways that were not Godly but those who get it from God will fly for generations. So better admire the rich and learn from them than consoling yourself that it will soon end in tears. In Africa were economies are not stable its very easy to loose everything thats why this mentality is stronger in such societies but in countries with stable economies, you will see the rich flying for generations and your negative philosophy will catch up with you.
I wish you guys would do the episode on ask us anything Babra and Bev i would really love to ask you certain things out of curiosity though
I think truth is life (so vast and unpredictable) since it’s not ours, we just surrender to the owner, the most high (the all knowing) God.

My dad wouldn’t never support a lie , he would tell you to admit,accept that you made a mistake and apologize but also he would make sure you are forgiven.

Manuela 😅..a little cardio won't hurt...While strength training is crucial( Helps maintain muscle mass, bone density, and overall strength as you age), it shouldn't replace cardio entirely. Cardio is absolutely beneficial for older women. It improves heart health, endurance, and mood . A balanced approach is best.

Manuella your story is common...i have heard those magical switch stories everywhere..and some times they will strike you and ask you for everything and you will willingly give them everything and the vail tears off after they have left. I think its kinda of a spirit they use.

Hey good people. I learnt to solict what i do after i wake in the morning. I used to get confused on what do and end up going late to work.
And for the record you need cardio as well! Your heart is a muscle that needs to be trained! Tho for body recomposition heavy weight lifting is all u need!
Compound exercises with weights can help with the heart.....so....cardio can still be left alone
So which is THE TRUTH
@@natashakimberly2131I beg to disagree a compound exercise like a barbell squat or dead lift target specific leg muscles ofcourse of the weight is really heavy u will have the heavy breathing but they ain’t meant for cardiovascular needs!

Did you know that adults who lie sometimes its because they were raised by tough parents to whom they owed perfectionism and so they end up lying so that they can try to meet the truth or please and ease the pressure. There people who lie and now they just find themselves lying and it wasnt there intention but the quickest response.
