    Very imformative ive got osteopenia my dexa has highlighted my spine has gone to almost normal but my hip is not being sufficiently challenged will consider that . I had osteoporosis. It's reversed with meds and training.

    Just wanted to know cause I’m a 11 year old who plays combat baseball and I run all the time and my bones have been hurting alot

      Being an avid runner throughout my life, I experienced the same problem at the same age and i struggled with it for years. The main reason could purely be that you are in a growth spurt. Thus you need to allow your bones enough time to grow without heavy stress. I was running 4min per km at that age and the stress exerted on my bones resulted in a stress fracture.
