I have an MGC v2 and I'm switching back and forth between it and a GTS3 M as my main. I'm using the medium strength springs. I lubed the springs and core with weight 5 and the pieces and tracks with DNM and I don't have the catching issue, at least at my tensions. The wait I have it set up makes it feel like a snappier HuangLong and its actually really nice

The problem is that I'm not in a situation that a can throw money and try all the awesome modern magnetized cubes on the market and I'm trying to choose between MGC v1, MF3RS3 M, TengYun and maybe GTS 3 (maybe, most focused on the cheaper side). Any advices? saw really good comments on the MF3RS3
I haven't tried the mf3rs3 yet, I heard it's good but I can't say so yet myself. but I can vouch for the mf3rs2m or little magic M or gts2m as being top performing cubes if you're looking for a low price. the mgc v1 and kylin v2 are great for their price (better than the weilong) but definitely not as good as the other ones I mentioned
With setup the RS3M is fantastic, better than the X in my opinion. If you want a detailed review, I made a video on my channel that may be able to help. I hope this helps you out!

the magnets in the TengYun are more inner for a reason because if its fore to the outside it has more magnetic bump but the inside it has less magnetic bump
When the magnets are placed farther out(GAN X), the magnetic pull is going to be stronger When the magnets are placed farther in(DaYan TengYun), the magnetic pull is going to be weaker. Come on J Perm, you Asian, you be smart. (Btw, I'm not being racist since I'm also Asian)
When the magnets are further out, the number of degrees that the magnets are active for is smaller. This makes a more clicky feeling, while magnets that are closer to the center create a more stable feeling, instead of clicky.
i was learning pll and for fun i just did a "fat t perm" and realized i didnt have to learn a perm..if you dont get it try it on a cube just all R and R' are wide moves and it gives you a a perm..one less i have to learn
Tengyen's not bad, but the biggest issue I have is for Last Layer, the cube cant keep up with higher TPS. I find myself locking up a lot for last layer. I did the spring swap (tighter ones were included) and fully set it up with great tensions (still cuts 45, but not so lose), and still, same issue :(
@@stvenlol I think it might be. I turn pretty aggressively. The only cubes where I can get my AO5/AO12 consistently is my magnetized Valk 3 and RS3. Kylin V2 is a close second. It's prolly a lot better for lighter turners!

I got the Kylin V2 as main cuz I'm cheap. I loosened and lubed it. It corner cuts a bit under 45 and it turns like a GAN. I would reccomend it 100%
