Amir Muhammad, the film director, producer and founder of Kuman Pictures (produced multiple horror films/thrillers, including the Malaysian academy award entry "Roh"), the founder of the book publishing house Buku Fixi (published over 250 urban pulp fiction books since 2011), and partner at Da Huang Pictures (produced multiple award-winning films) shares why crowdfunding is the only way that PENDATANG can be made, and the reason the movie will not be made if the target of RM300,000 is not reached.
