By default, all added trips will be listed on the archive page. Additionally, to create a custom listing of tours on a specific page using WP Travel, you can use the WP Travel shortcode [WP_TRAVEL_ITINERARIES]. Regarding your query about not Receiving any e-mail notifications, to receive e-mail notifications you have to set up SMTP.
For setting up SMTP setup go to Admin Panel > Plugins > Add New > Search for SMTP > Install and Activate it.

You can try free version first and shift towards WP Travel Pro (plugin)later so as same for theme too.

For the hosting, there are numbers of brands in the market you can look out for as per your business needs.
So, after choosing the CMS, Hosting and Domain, you can follow the above steps precisely to launch the travel and tour booking websites without coding using WP Travel.
This is really annoying me. I have installed the damned plugin in, but nothing is as you are showing it here on the video.
I have previously had another site done with a different theme. I am shifting to the WP Travel theme and it has all gone to krapp. I keep having to do all my edits on a block editor, which I have no idea how to do. This is so annoying. I can't even find the home page on my page lists.

Firstly, we want to clarify you that all themes have their own customizations and the set up in this video tutorial is done with Travel Joy free version theme.
Regarding WP Travel FSE theme, it is fully based on block editor where you can set up and customize all pages from Appearances >> Editor.
Regarding home page on FSE theme, by default front page is set and you can edit from Appearances >> Editor section of admin dashboard.
