He might have had a "religious experience" at some point in his life. Now I know I am not the ultimate judge but where is the fruit? So with out bearing fruit I would agree that there is no indication of regeneration.
@@CalebBatts I would ask whether or not this person denies Jesus and the scriptures. Finding confidence that there is genuine faith that works by love is more for fellowships to determine. We see very little, but I tend to agree, we have no grounds to conclude otherwise.

Prople are also deceived by the "lord's day", the catholic substitution for the sabbath. The Bible tells us if we break one commandment, we have broken them all.
