Uhh, why would you put Boot charm + SPD charm, if you want SPD mainstat boots? :D

Speed charm doesn’t affect the chances of mainstat for boots. IF mainstat was atk% or def% then I want crit rate, dmg, and spd substats.
Boot charm only increases the chance to get boots, so all other pieces 100% benefit from the speed glyph as well

@@Garbearishere The charm combo of Boot+SPD, fits damage set, in which you want to get either ATK% or HP% mainstat on the boot and SPD in the sub. It's not a charm combo you want to get "mainstat SPD boots" in Perception :D

@@johanndaart7326 in most cases, yes. I have a lack of pieces for use on bomb champions, so atk% and spd as well as ACC

using speed charms does NOT give you less of a chance of getting speed main stat boots. It rolls the main stat before it even applies the charm for the sub stat rolling.

Depends on the particular piece. Mainly just trying to get 1 of 2 options
1. Gear for a speed demon with spd and acc
2. Off set pieces for nukers
