  • In this short video, I outline what type of food I bring on long wildcamping & hiking expediations or events. This is only my experience, that doesn't mean its the only way. In saying that you want to load up the essentials of carbs, sugar and protein. On a standard day wildcamping and hiking, you can burn 2000 calories, carrying, climbing and hiking.
