Benzos in general are dangerous. I woke up in hospital a couple times after taking it, last time i spent two days at hospital, i woke up so hungry, i don't remember much, i'm very thankful to drs, nurses, cooking ladies and other patients that gave me their food! Memory lost.

A big lesson I learned was don't take valium and especially mix valium and alcohol before you go on a job, I tried telling one of my best mates but he didn't listen and he got nicked, eggs and vals were my drug of choice before Heroin came along

I like this guy and all and his stories are great and no doubt very true. My only issue is though, i dont know if id describe him as a 'Gangster', he's an ex-junkie and a villain for sure but a gangster🤔 not sure. These kinds of people are all over up and down the country I've got stories very similar and have met countless people in detox units, rehabs and prison over the years with histories like his. Fair play to him though he is for sure a veteran and a villain, i do quite like him👊🏻
