these guys are amazing, I could listen to every album, song after Song! the can't put a foot wrong, they stuck to their passion, and not to fame and fortune, not a single song is alike, and it keeps them fresh! I think their music will live on and be timeless!

He mentioned he first met with Dan and they discussed possible recording. then they met in Chicago with Mike to discuss it. I didn't hear any mention of John in any of that.

I feel like an idiot that until this interview, I never quite understood the video's meaning to "The Vengeful One". Archangel Gabriel - WHOA, I can actually see that. When I got into the music video - at first it looked like a bunch of Smurfs were trying to transform into "The Guy", but after seeing the above interview, and Mr. Draiman's better explanation of the meaning of the song, I'm like "HOLY CRAP, I UNDERSTAND THE VIDEO CONCEPT NOW !!!". Hit me suddenly, and - went from thinking the video wasn't their best, to "HOLY CRAP THIS ROCKS !!!!".

David thought the 5-year hiatus was good for the fans?? I can only speak for myself but I hated that they went on hiatus. It was a long 5 years. However, if the band needed it to ensure they stay together, then so be it. The new album was worth the wait.
Love Disturbed, but Gabriel is on the left hand of God...the destroyer and the one takes vengeance is the angel Sama'el (Venom of God) who is both good and evil...
I'm classic. I was a bit disappointed when I heard this "new" Disturbed, but I can accept the fact that these guys are trying out something new.... I'm just a bit too classic for it.
