The survival genre is really, really very oversaturated right now. There are so many survival games which would've been masterworks 10 years ago and nobody bats an eye over them. Same goes for battle royale games.
This looks like what you end up with if you follow the unity tutorial to make a survival game. It's basically identical to the early alpha build of seven days to die from 10 years ago before they added their own content and customization. The assets are store bought from the unity model store.
It feels like a Raft, Fortest and Rust combo and it actually looks pretty fun! Your accent makes the experience so much more soothing. Good work, I’ll be subbing and looking forward to more good stuff!
Try Rising World if you like crafting, you can customize mobs like this game and more. The crafting is best ever I've seen, being able to resize length and width of planks, boards, etc. with a plethora of models to make everything massively customizable.
Try MetaIsland guys! It's one of the most awaited survival game and one of the highlights on it's gameplay is you need to keep the island alive by participating or else the game will be rebooted. That means players will have to start from scratch.
Hey Rye! Love seeing the boost in popularity recently, but I really miss raft content. I understand that these new videos have been doing really well, but I really miss the raft content considering that few youtubers cover the game. I also completely understand not wanting to raft content, we all get bored of games. If you want to provide an explanation that would be great, but I also understand if you decide not to.
This is what I wish Rust would have turned into when it left the legacy versions. OG Rust players will know what I mean when I say that Facepunch radically changed the game on a fundamental level. Clearly, it worked out, but it definitely wasn't the same game that I originally bought anymore. It lost most of the original appeal for me until modded servers brought it all back lol.

It's easy to make a decently functional and good looking game using assets from the Unity or Unreal asset stores. The game engines basically make the first part of the game for you.
